Representative Daryl Metcalf was looking into having her removed from office and how to go about it.

They ARE looking into it. Whether it comes to fruition or not, I don’t know.

I for one would LOVE to see it, and watch dem heads explode in rage over it.

Today, the issue is homosexual marriage, which the liberals are hell bent on shoving down our throats. And they are not shoving it through the political process, but through absurd legal reasoning, such as states saying they won’t defend such laws in court.

Tomorrow, we could see another issue, in which the liberals decide a law should not be defended in court, and out it goes.

Lack of defense in court, or lack of standing of anyone to defend a law, means that we will soon have 50 state homosexual marriage by legal default, not because the people or the states decided through legislative means on this subject.

I think this is a very dangerous precedent being set in these homosexual marriage cases. In California, officials declined to defend the law, and the US Supreme Court decided that nobody had standing to defend the definition of marriage, so California’s law was set aside through this absurd legal reasoning.

No AG has an easy decision here. An attorney can’t advance arguments he knows to be inconsistent with binding precedent, and the Supreme Court’s decisions last June make DOMAs essentially indefensible in litigation, because they outlaw as unconstitutional bias every possible motive for passing DOMAs in the first place.

Just look at the pleadings in the Utah, Ohio, and Oklahoma cases if you have any doubt about that.

The plaintiffs basically just point to Windsor and say “QED” and the states’ basically say “don’t pay any attention to the man behind the curtain.” Judges pretty soon will start to talk about sanctions on the defending attorneys, unless someone can come up with a new motive for DOMAs. “Drop your case, or bring your toothbrush with you the next time you come to court” isn’t going to be easy to deal with.

Committees of Safety. Google it. It is what we need since the “militia” word scares people: and we need to emphasize writing more than running through a forest with an AR-15.

If there is no law........ there is no law.

The trend is that Americans are putting them into office and not attempting to remove them. Remove them.

You guys all forget about Soros creating a group to specifically gain control of as many state secretary positions as possible. Project SOS.

Why?

All laws and ELECTIONS (especially fraud, recounts, etc.) run through the state secretary offices.

For the record...

The sodomy lobby is so childish in its lies; there’s no sophistication to the lies, just rantings that sound like they’re coming from wilful little brats.

Marriage is not being denied to anyone.

DOMA laws that specify that marriage is between one man and one woman simply reiterate the definition of what marriage is, codifying it.

Anyone not already married can marry - there is no “discrimination”.

Those who are enslaved to the practice of abominable sexual acts, however, won’t be able to “marry” persons of the same gender. So they can’t have the “marriage” that THEY want, a marriage which is not a marriage at all, but a practice that is condemned by God’s Law Word, the Bible.

Wicked new world order-sponsored elements in America, and of course, around the world, are simply making up their own definition of marriage, that men can “marry” men and women can “marry” women.

It’s not only an attack on the family, it’s so much more. It’s an attack on Biblical truth.

New world order’s number one target is Christianity, and it has been for hundreds of years now. True Christian faith and practice is the enemy of evil and deception, since it brings people the light of truth and exposes the evil and deception for what it is.

New world order seeks to undermine Christianity subtlely as well as attack it more directly in many ways.

All those who fall away from true faith in Jesus Christ are easy pickings for all of new world order’s deceptions, allowing them to be easily enslaved to new world order, who seeks to take the place of God in their lives - even though the slaves don’t even realize it, having been completely deceived.

New world order goes so far as to try to corrupt as many Churches as possible - so many people are actually deceived by their own pastors or TV pastors who teach unbiblical doctrine. Some denominations actually have had and even continue to have disturbing ties with the CIA, crooked financial dealings, heathen political interests, new world order global “charitable” scam organizations, etc.

“The words of wise men are heard in quiet more than the cry of him that ruleth among fools.”

Pardon the rant, just thought I’d get that out there for anyone who may be a little undecided and is seeking honest answers.

Ah yes. This has all been proceeding throughout the 20th century quite dramatically.

It’s interesting to research the early 1900’s and see the same type of audacity.

This has been a long time in the making and the “takeover” is rather complete.

And.... poof it’s gone.

Whether due to copyright problem (if so, I apologize) or just because it was a negative thing, it is probably best.
