GENEVA (Reuters) - North Korean security chiefs and possibly even Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un himself should face international justice for ordering systematic torture, starvation and mass killings bordering on genocide, U.N. investigators said on Monday.

how do you arrest him?
arrest him at the funeral of some other tryannical leader...
The UN can rape some babies while they’re over there charging him.
Basically the UN’s sole function has become trying to figure out the final solution for Israel.
BS. Their system wouldn’t allow it. North Korea is as dictatorial as they come. Think of all the sycophant generals and their heads in nooses if they lose. Never happen.
How unfortunate that their regime just keeps on keeping on in their backward ways.
Good luck with that.
The UN will be going into NK to get him?
Of course not - wrong continent, wrong wannabe country (so-called Palis), and wrong ethnic group. Not to mention the UN has no cojones to deal with the Norks.
But then if I remember correctly, Clinton and SOS Albright made a such a great deal with them to stop their nuke development. Oh wait, that didn't work.
I don't believe for a second that fat little punk-child will ever give up his power. If it weren't for all their artillery next to Seoul, we should have bombed them into non-existence years back, including nukes. Problem solved.
“how do you arrest him?”
Freeze his swiss bank accounts and tell him there’s no vacations or asylum waiting for him? (I think he went to boarding school in Switzerland) You might not be able to arrest him, but you can sure hit him where it hurts.

If North Korea fails to respond to this in a timely manner then I am certain that the United Nations will react with its utmost, final authority; a more sternly-written letter.
Seen Team America that how UN diplomat going end up LOL!
But, UN, he is helping fulfill the UN Agenda 21 goal of reducing the Earth’s population, isn’t he?
Good thought, but you don't think he has assets in other places like the Cayman Islands or gold? These sh*theads amass their fortunes for decades just like every other tin-pot dictator has through history, even our Obamadick tator. The only way the punk-child will fall is from a coup, however, unlikely since he and his father kill off anyone they even imagine is a threat. We lost our chance years ago when we should have bombed them into oblivion.
The same we should be doing to Iran right now with all our smart technology. So some collateral damage occurs, better their people that Israel's or ours. Kill them all and let God sort them out. Or, just kill them all so they don't kill us. I'm losing patience...
I have always respected your input because of your location and knowledge. So what do you think we should do with Kim Jung yuck, Jr.? Let him continue on the nuke path? Or is their tech so behind that no worries?
BTW, what do we do about Iran? Please give me some good news.
What must be done will, (gulp) probably take the cooperation of China, and have some level of plausible deniability. There are methods here, but the issue is, what comes after Kim Jong Un, whether it is better, the same, or worse. That governs in large part what to do. In the meantime, strangle them as best as possible with sanctions, especially cracking down on their overseas money network. They are very clever so it is no easy task. Thanks Navy Vet-san for the kind words. When it comes to NORTH KOREA, why “TigerLikesRooster” is without parallel here on FR. I am good at the Japan stuff, (I think). :-)
