"Take down the sign or go to jail. We do not approve of guns...or you."
This is the unmistakable messages sent by progressives when they take over a city and freedom pays the price. Ares Armor is a small tactical store operating one of their stores in National City, CA, a suburb of San Diego. Nevermind that CEO Dimitri and his staff at Ares Armor are in complete compliance with all laws and ordinances. That does not matter. That's because guns are at the heart of this debate.
The City Council has taken offense to their presence there and is pulling out all the stops, perverting the legal system to destroy them. But Ares Armor stands unbowed and has paid $10,000 just in the appeals process to get justice. Dimitri, a combat USMC infantry vet from both Iraq and Afghanistan, stands in complete defiance of this attack on both 1st and 2nd Amendments rights. And yet he faces an uphill and expensive battle with slim odds (note the so called "appeal" process he discusses).
As you will see in the video, the City has made up their mind and anything related to guns is unwelcome in this California dystopia. We discuss this case study to the communist (progressive) mind and consider how hypocrisy and injustice are welcomed in dealing with both the 1st and 2nd Amendment. This event in a small corner of California is symbolic of some big issues and shows what will happen in YOUR town too. As promised, TNP* rolls in hot to help out the 2nd Amendment in California.
Please contact the Council people below to wake them up to their unconstitutional actions and perhaps save this American small business that serves law abiding citizens, military, and LE customers:

Oh, and some strong language. Meant to say that.
You can waste all the time you want sending letters to the people on that council.
Won’t do you any good.
They aren’t Americans, and they don’t care about no steenken’ Const-ee-tooshun.
I’m pretty sure “Doing Something City Finds Distasteful” isn’t actually a criminal offense.
OTOH, knowingly conspiring to deprive people of their civil rights under color of authority IS, and I believe pierces immunity from personal liability. IOW he can sue them PERSONALLY. He should let this go on a while, documenting the hell out of everything, then do so.
Also, when did San Diego go leftard? It used to be one of the last bastions of sanity on the Kali coastline.
One word : COUNTERCLAIMS
Three words : INDIVIDUALLY and SEVERALLY
“Also, when did San Diego go leftard? It used to be one of the last bastions of sanity on the Kali coastline.”
National City is a suburb of San Diego. When I was there 40 years ago, it was not the “best” part of the metropolis.
This is an important story but jeez, I wish guys like him would learn how to communicate! First, no one cares about his stolen camera or all the other BS. Second, no one is going to listen to 45 minutes of rambling crap til he makes the point. I was going to forward this to a conservative talk show host but there’s no point since I couldn’t even get through it myself.
Mass Communications 101. Courses taught at community colleges everywhere.
They should sue the city for violations of civil rights.
“National City is a suburb of San Diego. When I was there 40 years ago, it was not the best part of the metropolis.”
When I was stationed on a destroyer out of San Diego in 1971-72, we lived in National City. Back then it seemed to be a nice clean city. I never knew to much about the politics of the city then, but it seem to be conservative. Lots of navy guys lived there, cheaper than living in San Diego.
But back then California as a whole was a lot more conservative!
*cough* RICO *cough* *cough*
Worked there in the late 80’s. Many of us at the time called it ‘Nasty City’. Essentially a ghetto. While working in the CA State Correctional system through 2010, encountered many a ‘banger’ from ‘Nasty City’.
80 Percent Billet AR-15 Lower Receiver Raw - $90.00
Cosmetic FORGED 7075 Blem AR15 80% Lower - $55
Ares Armor Bolt Carrier Group Phosphate - $85
Ares Armor Complete AR Upper Receiver - $497
There are a lot of areas in this country that used to be safe, clean, and had some sense of conservatism. It doesn’t take long for the apples start to rot.
"That older green Ford Expedition made a u-turn and approached you in particular at 3:33 stopping in a stand off position, it was LEO you could see his badge on the left side of his chest. You walked inside the store before they had a hand to play and your camera slowed them down (you can see him on his radio talking into a covert mic on his shirt sleeve at 3:43 after he sees your camera). He appeared to be a member of a TAC team or some other specialized enforcement unit, they almost certainly have the store under surveillance."

I would be the FIRST one in line to vote to give californacate BACK to mexico..!
Just think of all the money we could save.....
No reason to give such nice land to a bunch of professional parasites and scammers.
1) Stop calling them Americans. They aren’t. They’re Mexicans. Just ask them.
2) With reference to 1), stop letting them vote, or hold office. We don’t make law for Mexico, they shouldn’t make law for us. Just because they want to rule us doesn’t mean we should let them.
3) Begin significant deportations now. The rest of them will follow.
We donot approve of guns unless thier in the hands of thugs
