If this Obamacare cost is eating into a restaurant’s profits, I can’t see many options they have.

Aside from the owners, how many people on a restaurant payroll do you think actuall receive medical benefits?

[Now, I understand this was a chain restaurant, and therefore, the aggregate number of employees chain-wide may exceed 50 and the ACA will require all FT employees to be covered]

I looked at this a different way. The restaurant is letting you know why the plate you ordered is costing you more. It is letting you know that his employees insurance has gone up due to Obamacare.
