At 18, you can drive a car, enlist in the military, get married, purchase cigarettes and lottery tickets, and even buy things off infomercial ads. What you cant do? Support yourself.
At least that is what 18-year-old Rachel Canning believes, and New Jersey law might back her up.
Canning claimed that her parents kicked her out of the house when she turned 18 and refused to pay the rest of her private high school tuition, give her access to her college fund, or pay for her daily living and transportation costs. So Canning sued.

Most importantly, you're not entitled to anything at all.
There are many ways to obtain knowledge and some are more cost effective than others. The "web" "pipes" seem to be increasingly an efficient way to quickly and inexpensively obtain knowledge.

Time for some growing up there.
She’s 18 she moved out. She is on her own at this point.
I don’t have kids but if my kid did and said the horrific stuff that she supposedly did toward me I would as the Jews say “tear my clothes” She would be dead to me at this point. I would not be able to stand to look at the kid.
If I Was those parents I would give that kid the money in her college fund and tell her never to contact me again. I would not want her poisoning my other two children.
Rachel Canning needs to see what the hard school of knocks is all about....what an ungrateful mouthy brat!
I’ve followed some of this....enough to know this should have never gone to the courts, nor the Attorney representing her taking her on.
She’s looking for fame and she’ll likely get her moments....pretty faces attract the MSM like flies to honey when there’s a story they can tick people off with.
