Seems like a charming person, this Mr. Peterson. A perfectly illiterate government lackey. The ideal tool.
Sounds like idiots on parade.
Dick Cheney built the camps?
Cinque?
Real name?
Remember the SLA?
!
Remember it? They kidnapped her on my 14th birthday.
Unfortunately, being a policeman attracts not just good people, but also the kind of person that should never be a policeman.
A person with problems shouldn’t be a cop.
That can be said for any position of power....some become corrupted as they go along.
But more-and-more many of them are.
Update:
CT Cop Who Wants to Kick in Doors & Confiscate Guns Placed on Worker’s Comp Leave Not Before Spilling the Beans on What Gun Registration is all About
I would love it if the police refused to confiscate. and putting aside for a moment the issue of what will happen if they do, we really need to keep in mind it’s the politicians fault.
and really, by focusing on the cops, we let the real scumbags off the hook.
my opinion, if they don’t confiscate great, if they do, they’re not the enemy. I don’t agree with some people comparing this to nueremberg. in that case, what about a cop who shoots a trespasser at an abortion clinic?
who makes the decision on who is in the right on that?
these are tough calls, but lets place the blame where it belongs.
Glad you said it.
Seems he was just fine with what this JBT had to say.
That’s right. And the morons who are most unfit for police service become the chiefs.
It is telling that only One police chief has stood up and told the truth; that armed citizens reduce crime.
It will only get worse as hiring standards deteriorate, and cover-ups become SOP.
I argue with liberals on a few sites that have a bit of an anything goes policy. They basically give emotional people like this cop enough rope to hang themselves. And he did.
I say some pretty outlandish things on those sites but NEVER based on emotion. I can back every single one of them up with logic. The goal is to get the other guy to expose his true emotional response (like what this cop did) and completely discredit himself. They almost always do though, like him, don’t think they did.
What they do is come emotionally unglued at what they inferred from my remarks and then I show them both what I actually said as well as its implications - as well as the flaws in their inferences.
This cop blew it. Big time. Depending on who reads it, it could cost him more than just his job. There are a lot of folks on the edge out there right now. It only takes one. His comments, considering his job, are way over the top.
