The empire of the Antichrist is very near, and it will be Turkey.
Before we examine the issue of Turkey, we must first examine the monumental problems in much of what circulates the prophecy arena in the West.
Perhaps the major problem with modern Bible Prophecy Analysts in the U.S. is that they are mostly ahistorical who also invest in a crowd that is also ahistorical.
Another problem is that the Bible is mostly focused on the Middle East and most Western Prophecy writers have a scant understanding of the Middle East demography, sectarian rifts and religious aspirations in the region. It is not only the Prophecy analysts that always fall into this weakness, but also political and government analysts who are always screwing up more than they resolve matters.
If in doubt, just look at the results of U.S. policies in the region; Syria, Iraq, Libya and Egypt as a result of U.S. policies are all in a big mess and there is no end in the horizon for the U.S. to be able to repair the damage. While many blame Obama, I can also give several examples in which Carter messed up during the Iranian Revolution, Reagan messed up in Afghanistan (he gave stingers to the Mujahideen who later became the Taliban)....

He was featured on CNN until he started defending Israel. Then they called him a fraud. A lot of Muslims go to youtube to denounce him, but remember this one thing. Jesus told us to expect this...to be called a liar, fraud, etc.
He has been featured on Frontpagemag and rightscoop.com, etc. They feature him on Fox occasionally, as well. I emailed Walid and told him we used to live in Turkey, told him about how it really nailed down our new belief (at that time—1984-85) that Europe was not the 10 nations, Germany would not produce the Antichrist, that the the RC church was not the Harlot.
In the past 5 years, one could read all the prophetic scriptures again and get a whole new take on it because of what has transpired in 5 short years! I believe that God has opened the meaning of the prophecies that were sealed by Daniel. We are living in those times now. It is time to wake up and take the blinders off, forget what you’ve learned and start studying it all over again, asking the HS to guide, and lead us into all Truth.

Spiritual truths must be obeyed into our lives, they cannot realistically be thought in. Since those outside and many/most inside refuse to actually obey His full words, then they have resorted to intelligence, alone. Just like the Pharisees are they. The great Apostasy will be full of these; it is filling up now.
Each obedience opens up a well-spring of truth, that cannot be gotten any other way. I have heard it said and I agree that we all have a lot to unlearn. Will you?

Yes, I do! The Lord started working on our beliefs early on in our marriage. We almost got into a cult, accidentally, by a false teacher. After that we felt that we needed to be a lot more careful. We started feeling uneasy about the pre-trib rapture in the 1980s. We started listening to Marvin Rosenthal. He challenged our core beliefs about that stuff. We read a lot, studied a lot, began to realize how difficult it was to make a case for the Pre-trib rapture without leaning on commentaries to carry it through, and we felt that God would not make something so important so difficult to understand. Then, as things in the Gulf started going to the pits and the threat of world-wide muslim takeover became more believable, we began to see that the ME (middle east) is the KEY to end time prophecies. We’d been saying that, ourselves, to some extent, then Walid’s teaching removed the scales. Having lived in Turkey, it was staring right at us, and though we’d sensed that Turkey and the other muslim countries were all in the end-time plot, we’d not figured out the part that the Caliphate was the 7th beast. We’d been thinking it was Hitler/Germany for so long that we were still thinking they’d make an alliance with the 8th beast to become part of the Antichrist alliance. Germany apologized for the Holocaust. Turkey never did, and they were in cahoots with Hitler. To me, Walid makes very good points.
Agreed. Shoebat’s book, God’s War on Terror, provides many parallels between the Islamic Mahdi/Isa duo of their End Times prophecy, and Christianity’s Antichrist/False Prophet duo or our End Times prophecy. I’m convinced they’re one in the same.
Who could successfully engineer a treaty between Islam and Israel? The Mahdi. Who would have an instant 1 billion bloodthirsty followers? The Mahdi.
Here is the part that will blow people's minds. Islam also believes that Jesus was a prophet and that he will come again also. I believe that Jesus will be the False Prophet. (i.e. False Jesus). Imagine Jesus (False Jesus) returning to earth, doing signs, wonders, and miracle. He will teach the Bible showing how verses point to the 12 Imam/Mahdi as the Messiah and that we mis-understood he was the Messiah, he was just to point the way to the real Messiah (Mahdi). What would deceive the elect more than a False Jesus doing miracles? Try to wrap your head around that one for a while...
Apparently among many evangelicals (even on FreeRepublic), there’s this ongoing notion that a revived Roman Empire would form the initial kingdom of the Antichrist. Some would even say that the EU would form the basis of this revived Roman Empire (even though many EU countries were never part of the Roman Empire to begin with). And they’re worried that the EU would somehow reinstate the guillotine because of Revelation 20:4, while ignoring the one group that still uses beheading as means to execute Christians.
Shouldn’t they be more concerned with a revived Turkish Ottoman Empire? After all, the Ottoman Empire is the seventh kingdom in Revelation (after destroying the Roman Empire in 1453), and the eighth world empire (the empire of the Antichrist) is a revival of the seventh instead of the sixth.

You want things to be secret, but he wants things to be known.
He wants us to watch (parable of the virgins), and if we do not watch, he comes on us as a thief in the night (Rev 3:3 If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.)
Once the abomination is revealed, all things are known.

We are told exactly when he is coming after the abomination is revealed. 3.5 years is what Yeshua said, and he also revealed that he is coming at the exact moment that Yom Teruah begins in Jerusalem. (the only feast that we don’t know the beginning until it happens)
Do you believe the World Government will be Islamic? If so, why wouldn’t the Turks be involved? If not, why would it insist on using beheading (as opposed to more efficient killing methods such as gas chambers, guns, etc) as the means to kill Christians?
When I say, “get right with the Lord”, I am inviting you accept Jesus Christ as you Savior and Lord, acknowledge and repent of all you sins, ask Jesus to forgive you and accept Him and His Holy Spirit into your life to help you live according to God’s will for your life. I believe that the Bible says that if you do that your name will be added the the Book of Life and you will be saved.
While I definitely believe the Bible says that the Rapture of the Church occurs prior to the start of the seven Tribulation period, you are most welcome to your interpretation. Hope to see you at the Wedding Feast of the Lamb. :-)
