In an interview with TPN’s Dylan Scott Wednesday, April 16, 2014, Richard Mack, former Arizona county sheriff and founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA), said:

“One of our CSPOA members who was there earlier and got there before I did was phoning me and telling me that they were going to be killed. The federal snipers, several of them — I don’t know if you know this — but they were paid mercenaries. They’re contractors. They’re paid hit men.

He saw all the equipment and all the military weaponry that they had, and then he said, ‘Sheriff, they warned us that they were going to arrest us. Then they warned us that they were going to shoot us.

Apparently those two on the hill were following one of the 12 rules of firearm safety... sarc

"The Resolution of 1780 formed the basis upon which Congress was required to dispose of territorial and public lands",

Articles of Confederation, Article VI, clause 1 All engagements entered into before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation. In Article IX "... no State shall be deprived of territory for the benefit of the United States."

You don’t think they were pointing at what they wanted to shoot?

The federal snipers, several of them — I don’t know if you know this — but they were paid mercenaries. They’re contractors. They’re paid hit men.

With all the police-type agencies the feds have I'm sure the snipers, if that's what they were, came from one of them. They don't have to go outside of government to find a marksman who can shoot someone.

“Looking at shoulder patches there are a lot of mercs on the federal side”

Yes that’s what Mr. GG2 said. Likely Crisp or Blackwater.

Looking at shoulder patches there are a lot of mercs on the federal side.

For the next time, delegate a few people to take pictures of those patches so they can be catalogued and put on the Web.

My guess is that a “danger zone” will be declared and all media will be moved well away from the area if and when there is another “confrontation”. Anybody seen ron hairiuhcih(sp) lately? (Ruby Ridge!)

They already did it. Why do you think a "no fly" zone was declared covering the whole area of the planned "special action." Fox had a helicopter up photographing the whole area including the Federal encampment. That just wouldn't do, given the privacy they need for their nacht und nabel (German for night and fog)special actions, like Ruby Ridge, Waco, and Elian Gonzales.

The Second Amendment will never be outdated or unnecessary because there are always going to be enough people willing to shoot their fellow citizens if properly motivated and adequately compensated.

There are a huge number of patriotic veterans who are top notch snipers. And there are many who spent a lot of time doing “counter-sniper” operations. See where I am going with this?

If the government brings in mercenaries, our side needs to bring in professionals who are a LOT better than their mercenaries.

Importantly, our counter snipers are *not* murderers, they will be defenders, and they will not open fire unless the federal mercenaries start sniping at citizens.

Optimally, the federals will never know that the counter-snipers are even there. The situation will end peacefully, with no federal the wiser. But if the federal mercenary snipers decide to murder people, that will be the end of them. And not a tear shed.

Let’s see if they are willing to declare one of their dead snipers as “innocent” and give him a promotion and pay raise, just like they do their living snipers who kill innocent people.

I would almost expect Obama’s thug squads to include foreign mercenaries.
