My exwife had an abortion at age 19 before I married her. When I got her pregnant her mother kept making the point that “there were options”. I refused to hear it. Now that little girl is a young liberal professional strongly in favor of abortion. I’ve never told her what almost happened to her before she was born. Because of her beliefs we are not in contact with each other so the opportunity to give her a little dose of reality will never present itself.
Congrats that as a young man you had the balls to stand up to an adult voice that tried to sound reasonable and lure you to commit murder. You really do need to set the record straight with your daughter - if you had been like her she never would have existed. Write he a letter - whatever it takes. I have the feeling it will cause her great reason to pause and think!

I do counseling work and have never found a woman who has had an abortion that it did not have a negative impact upon her soul. Multiple abortions are the norm and not the exception.
The soul knows the difference between right and wrong at a deep level. It can’t be hidden. Often I have seen the mother sabotage their relationships with people they love, such as spouses or parents, even though they never told them of the abortion. The guilt is always there, no exceptions and it eventually rises to the surface.
The greatest impact is that the soul of the fetus is not developed sufficiently to make the return trip to heaven. They very frequently get stuck here and attach to the mother, clinging and searching for guidance. It’s similar to people killed in an auto accident where the trauma of the event often creates an emotional anchor hindering transcendence.
Memories of all events since conception are stored in the soul in a very specific pattern. It doesn’t matter if the person is 80 plus years old, they are all there. It is not very difficult to determine what the mother thought of the father while the child was in the womb, even in an elderly person. It’s easy to determine if the parents fought in front of a child. It’s easy to see if a child experienced rejection or abandonment by either parent. It’s all right there!
When Jesus stated that in order to know thy Father you must be like a child, He meant that you must have the purity of the newly conceived child, with no obstacles to Love hindering our ability to Love God with all of our mind, body & soul. Life truly is about finding and removing the obstacles to Love that exist within us.
My comment above is not meant to create guilt in anyone, but to identify that it is already there, often buried very deep in their soul. Forgiveness is available to everyone, no matter the sin.
Not trying to be argumentative with you - bless you for counseling these women and the work you do. But I don't understand the comment you made about the soul if infants.

I think I can speak for most people who will read this that when/if we get to Heaven, we have faith that we will meet all 50+ million American aborted babies there.
The direction a person’s soul is focused when it detaches from the body has a lot to do with where it goes. It’s the reason going to church with others who are God focused helps us to focus on God as well.
A mother who has an abortion is self focused and are their own god. When we are full of ourselves, we have no room for God.
A fetus in the womb is strongly influenced by the mother. Although the unborn child is pure, it is in an environment of guilt and/or hatred when the abortion happens. That environment often makes it very difficult for the soul of the fetus to find its direction home. The same is often true for people killed in traumatic accidents. I just help them return home.
The people who pray for the women and the unborn children at abortion clinics are doing far more good than they realize. Prayers for others are very uplifting as long as they are of pure motive. When prayers are given to a person of ill motive, they are like hot coals placed upon their heads. However, punishment of others is never a pure motive for a prayer. Prayer must always be done in a spirit of Love.

I agree... However some get stuck in the “mud” and the return journey is a bit slower. It is my prayer that all souls eventually make it to Heaven.
This girl intentionally got pregnant for the sole purpose of making a snuff video. Her work is to “council” (i.e. subject to hard sale tactics) other women to have abortions. I do not know the context of the “after” picture—people’s emotions change all the time, and it is impossible to tell from a single picture her emotional baseline. So, while it would be nice to think that repressed guilt is eating her, that may not be the case.
I sincerely hope that this abortion or one of her inevitable future abortions (women willing to kill their own child usually kill more than one) causes her to be completely sterile. Unfortunately, the more likely outcome is that she will conceive more children just fine, but have trouble carrying them to term. Premature birth and late miscarriage are common among those using abortion as birth control.

A soul exists, and this allows it to grow closer to God as it develops. Remember what Jesus said when He explained the parable of the “Tares in the Wheat” in Matthew 13. My paraphrase... Mankind are the good seeds planted in the field to grow. It is the purpose of our life here on earth... i.e. a forum for our souls to grow closer to God.

Your soul is far larger than your physical body. When you are born of the spirit, your soul awareness grows much more and you begin to realize that we are all one.
By “growing” I am merely referring to the conscious aware portion expanding into the previously unaware portion of the soul. You are correct that the physical human soul itself does not grow as it is already “One with Our Father” however just as the parable states, “We were asleep when our enemy planted the weeds.” Most people are still asleep. They are unaware of the parameters of their soul.
My Father’s mansion has many rooms and the level of a person’s soul development determines which room they may enter.
