Carney will end up somewhere in the MSM, raking in the big bucks. His pay as White House press secretary is just a small fraction of what he might earn elsewhere.
He will either become a high level spokesman in some lobbying group, or end up back in the MSM. He used to work for Time Magazine. He could be another Stephanopolous(sp?) who was a Clinton spokesman before he became a Democrat “journalist”.
Look for Carney to pop up on the talking head programs. And he might even write a book. He could make some serious money writing a book.

Given DNC Dave’s ratings aren’t so good on Meet the Depressed on Sunday a.m.; and, there were reports that poor Dave underwent a psyc eval, perhaps the Carney Barker will take Dave’s place. May not be all at once, perhaps just as a fill-in for vacays and then Dave will need to “spend more time with his family”.
Other possibility is replacing Bob on Face the Nation.
Either way, he’d be on an opposing network to his wife, Claire Shipman, who works for ABC.
