VA Hospitals Scandal. Civil RICO lawsuits for damages (Savage & Pirro Video)

In an interview last week with Michael Savage on The Savage Nation, Fox’s Judge Jeanine Pirro concluded that the nationwide Veterans Affairs (VA) scandals, constitute a RICO action.

Naturally, the Judge is correct. But there is an important distinction to RICO that was not articulated during that short, fast moving radio interview. Criminal RICO versus civil RICO.

The most well known criminal RICO that took down members of the Gambino crime family, and encouraged junk bond king Michael Milken to pled guilty to six lesser, non-RICO, securities fraud offenses (he served 22 months in jail and paid $1.1 billion in damages), will not get past Attorney General Eric Holder.

As I document in my Clinton books, The Whistleblower and Following Orders, there is a special justice system that does not apply to everyday Americans. Waiting for the Justice Department or Washington politicians to act is a waste of time.

The second RICO, the lesser known civil RICO lawsuit is immediately actionable. It does not need the blessing of AG Holder or anyone in Washington to proceed. Everyday Americans can file a civil RICO lawsuit locally right now

The beauty about civil RICO is it turns victims into prosecutors, “private attorneys general”, dedicated to eliminating racketeering activity and encourages potential private plaintiffs to investigate diligently.

Civil RICO should be filed against Congressman
in each state citing also misprison of felony,
conspiracy, and treason.

I came to the conclusion somewhere around 1986-88, the democrat party was nothing more than the political wing of an organized crime syndicate.

I haven’t seen anything since that has caused me to change my mind.

I heard that conversation between Pirro and Savage, and the most profound thing that struck me is: even at that level of
apparent criminal misconduct, the corrupt will go unpunished.
We put people in office to represent us, and they sit there like bumps on a log watching America turning into a banana republic or worse. What are they waiting for?
Message to Congress: DO SOMETHING.

“...the democrat party was nothing more than the political wing of an organized crime syndicate.”

Organized crime would be easier to deal with than the present revolutionary cadre occupying government positions that calls itself “Progressive”.

IMHO

Socialists and their crime syndicates are exempt from RICO, another totalitarian tool.

You would use the law to oppose socialism? But it is upon the law that socialism itself relies. Socialists desire to practice legal plunder, not illegal plunder. Socialists, like all other monopolists, desire to make the law their own weapon. And when once the law is on the side of socialism, how can it be used against socialism? For when plunder is abetted by the law, it does not fear your courts, your gendarmes, and your prisons. Rather, it may call upon them for help.

The local VA told me I needed to allow them to “help” get all guns out of my house. They said a lot of people think the Second Amendment ought not extend to people like me. That’s not what the Second Amendment declares. The local VA said there was “nothing they could do for me” unless I helped them violate the fundamental God given Palladium of our Liberties
the Second Amendment. In light of the fact that other institutions within the VAMC system have killed more people by reason of bad policy than have been killed with my guns when
they were in my house—I can only conclude it is most unwise to never accept help from anyone who has Never set foot in your house-who chooses to remain ignorant of your environment, and your history. In light of the fact that the
National addiction to psychotropic drugs and the extremely poor control over those prescribed such mind altering dangerous drugs— The increased risk of suicide—or other related drug induced violent behavior— I’m better off trusting the Second Amendment than I ever was trusting the drug pushers at the VA.

When Clinton was elected in 1992, the dem party stopped being just the political wing of organized crime and actually became an organized crime syndicate.

Clinton was able to do what JFK had tried to do but was stopped before he could do it.

Funny thing, after the USSR collapsed it was learned the USSR was not a govt as we understand it but it was an organized crime syndicate.
