Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl is back in America, but it will be months before his future takes shape, according to both experts in the military's legal system and people familiar with the treatment of long-term captives.
After nearly five years in the hands of the Taliban and Haqqani network in Afghanistan and Pakistan, the American soldier was exchanged for five top Taliban operatives, underwent medical and psychological treatment at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany and, Friday morning, landed at a military base in San Antonio. There he will undergo treatment to reintegrate back into society -- or possibly military prison.
Until his medical treatment is complete, a process than can last up to several months, it’s unclear how the military will treat a soldier alleged to have willingly left his firebase in Afghanistan. There is a raft of legal options the Army can pursue that extend to as much as five years in prison. Or the military can wash its hands of the young soldier and administratively separate him.
“The jury is literally still out,” said retired Maj. Gen. Charles Dunlap, a former judge advocate general of the Air Force. “We really don’t know the charges, if there are any, against him. There needs to be more wringing of the facts before anything is decided.”(continued)

So far all we know is that he arrived quite healthy, is eating peanut butter (most is Halal) and has told Mom and Dad he can't talk to them until Obama tells him what to (for the media).

Tell you what, Obama, you fast track the legal execution of Nidal Hassan and we may accept the news of the delay in justice in this case...

Bergdahl will walk free at the behest of the platoon of pyschiatrists currently pawing over him, if he doesn’t wrap a sheet around his neck and kick off from the door jam first.
They’ll drag it out and then give him a medical discharge complete with back pay.
But what will he be doing in the meantime???

Bergdahl could be on his way in a day. It’s not about what’s good for the nation or the Army. It’s about what’s good for the Democrat Party.
So his parents knew at that point that the kid would get all his pay etc etc..
Don't be surprised if they don't give the parents some kind of guardianship...and the cash.
I called it here first.
In the meantime he’s being treated better than veterans, eating better than you and me, has anything he wants and is as safe as the day he was born.

Check your calendar. The "secret papers" are completely under the control of Obama. That's why he had to be released now.
My best bet is that Bergdahl will be in the hospital until July 1st and Obama will declare it "Bowe Freedom day"....or something stupid like that.
If that report also gets released at that time and corroborates what his unit has been saying, it's another act of treason by Obama...."withholding evidence".
My only question is how do you”re-integrate”someone Back into something he NEVER felt a part of???
