And all this without ever taking a week off to play golf.
‘Let us thank Providence for blessing us with his service and leadership, and let us pray that were granted another like him, soon, before this great nation is too far gone to save.’
I second that wholeheartedly.
I pray for a humble leader who serves God, our Father. George Washington was a humble leader. He did not call the United States military “My military.”
Let us thank Providence for blessing us with his service and leadership, and let us pray that were granted another like him, soon, before this great nation is too far gone to save.

Amen!
Thank you, sir, for posting this. Well done.
First and always our greatest president
He is our greatest, most consequential president - taking on authority with GREAT reluctance, accepting it at the behest of the majority and most prominent, then giving it up after reaching the panicle where none could challenge him!!!
As a man of great faith (regardless of what some Godless say). Amongst all of his accomplishments essential to the foundation to America - the most impressive is his selfless dedication to the formation of a totally new human endeavor - a constitutional republic!
George Washington stands alone on the list of American Leaders and in the top few of all in human history.
