Oh, and Congress convened a hearing yesterday to investigate…products that claim to help you lose weight fast(!?). Apparently they don’t work – the products, not Congress - which is a shame as I can think of a whole lot of fat I’d like to lose.

Things have been going on for decades, some people spoke up and told us what was happening, those people were caled idiots, no “sane” person would believe them. Even though I, myself have been aware for decades that things were not right I did not believe most of those warnings even as I was trying to warn people about what I could see happening. I was called crazy even though I only saw a tiny part of the whole. Now the time has come when you must be crazy NOT to believe all those things you had to be crazy to believe a few years ago. Some still pretend that nothing out of the ordinary is going on and some understand what is happening but somehow refuse to believe that MALICIOUS INTENT is behind it, preferring somehow to believe that benign intentions have been overcome by incompetence equivalent to literally being unable to walk and chew gum at the same time. Some say never attribute to evil what can be explained by incompetence but I say that is too simplistic at a time when you could quite literally go to an AA meeting and within ten minutes select someone who would make better decisions than the resident we have now.
I think your opinion is just about dead on the money.

EXCELLENT point!!! And COMPLETELY on the mark! Which is SUCH a sad thing for this country; Just to think what we’ve reduced ourselves to... It’s so sad and awful. But it’s our reality.
Interesting comparison of two Dictators when losing became inevitable:
* Hitler’s Fast tracking of Death Camps and
* Obama’s Fast flooding of Illegal Alien Invaders from Mexico.
IMHO: both Dictators saw their fast actions efforts as THE FINAL SOLUTION.
