Those are two different groups. Israel actually does not retaliate against Palestinian civilians anyway. You don’t have to tell Israel that, because they NEVER do that.
Israel does retaliate against terrorist operatives and the terrorist organizations, but they do it very very carefully so as to not cause collateral damage with Palestinian civilians. Israel is very successful in that.
Those homes destroyed were of the TERRORIST OPERATIVES and not just some Palestinian civilians in an indiscriminate manner. These were DIRECTLY RELATED to the terrorist operatives!
