Centuries ago, just after America won its War of Independence versus King George III, two Europeans giants again battled over liberty versus tyranny. This struggle between Britain and France certainly involved military control of the Continent. But it was also a fight which would determine the nature of global commerce and religion.

The proper thing to do is charge him with treason, and convict him. Once convicted, he is now guilty of a high crime. Impeachment from there should be a slam dunk.
He much be carged tried and convicted outside of the Senate in order for any articles of impeachment to fly.

The House and Senate would have to impeach him and even then Holder wouldnt bring charges.

Obviously, Holder isn’t going to allow that to happen, but it in a normal world treason charges should come out of the DOJ and the US Attorney’s office.
But since it’s now the Dept. of Just-Us, we are S-O-L.
We are going to have to wait him out. Another 2.5 years of outright agony.
