Well with over 300 million guns in private hands and another million or so being sold every month, the plot doesn’t seem to be working very well...
I think a much smarter way to go would be to restrict the supply of ammo to a trickle. But there is so much ammo out there, that would be questionable too.
I’d hate to be the Law Enforcement official charged with going door to door looking for guns.
Check the QR code on the document - it ultimately points to something other than the one pictured. Looks fabricated to me.

Ever hear of the famous response of pre-revolution Texans when Mexico wanted to reclaim a cannon in Gonzalez? They mounted a flag on the cannon that said, “Come and take it.” The Mexicans decided not to.
I pity the fool who tries to take guns from Texans.
My immediate thought was it sounds fraudulent. But people believe what they want to believe.

ammo has been restricted. Can't get snake shot, here or Arizona. And I'm not about to bludgeon a rattler to death with a stick. I like more distance than that between me and that devil, especially when it's curled up all nice and cozy on my front steps. As for the rest of it, stores have long been telling people to come by on delivery day - early, and maybe they might have a delivery - or not.
This will create a revolt for certain.

On the other hand, that sort of a crisis would give Obama an excuse to declare martial law, suspend the constitution, and make himself President for Life.
