Nightmare of Obama's dream

He promised to bring about fundamental change in America, and he has.

The only thing is that people believed that it would be change for the better, and not for the worse. But the people were wrong.

Days before he was inaugurated, President-elect Barack Obama said, almost ominously, to a cheering crowd in Chicago and to the rest of the country: "We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America."

Speak for yourself. Some of us saw this coming in 2004.

Pretty sure he said this on a stop in Columbia, MO

I think he said it everywhere he went in the days leading up to his coronation.

He didn’t lie. Destruction is imminent.

Pretty sure that he didn’t say it at every stop.

Evening of October 31, 2008. Somewhere on Missouri University campus.

Okay, fine. He did not say “...FIVE days away...” at every stop. You got me.

But ‘fundamental transformation’ was a main theme of his entire campaign. October 31, 2008 was NOT the only time he mentioned it.

Ayn Rand saw it coming in 1955. This cartoon saw it coming in 1948!
