A casino meets falling water. I’d much rather he live here than his current residence.

I’m really surprised the Obama’s aren’t investing in Urban Chicago instead of this gated, mostly-white, suburban community.

If you’d ask your favorite sheeperal about the “sustainability” of this,

they’d say that people like Obama deserve to have exceptions made for them.

Having a lawn here in the desert (we're 12 miles from Zer0's new estate) is a bitch during the summer; it'll be at or above 116 here today and tomorrow.

He's gonna hate Kalifornia's new water restrictions as well....

Isn't Palm Springs a homosexual mecca? From wiki: "Former (openly homosexual politician) mayor Ron Oden estimated that about a third of Palm Springs is gay." Mantoinette is maybe drawn to the tennis courts.

Could it be, he is looking for an early retirement? I think the job he has, has a lot of pressure that he may not be able to handle. Then again he will probably have to worry about his mortgage, when he leaves office, he too will be broke. Right??? s/

LOL, His new home better have a great deal of security, they may have to hire Blackwater in addition to the SS. ISIS has him marked, just like we had Osama Bin Laden marked. Don’t forget, Obama was the one who found and ordered Bin Ladin’s assassination! Revenge is the name of the game with the crazy Mullahs, Obama knows it too.

He won’t be giving up. The sun is high and he has much work to do in these last two plus years. He’ll stay the course - and he will get more arrogant, more controlling and more and more despotic until the end.

If I were the next conservative candidate, I’d have a special team on my campaign reviewing every one of his Executive Orders and preparing a countermanding rescission EO to be signed and executed as soon as I took my hand off the bible used to swear me in. So help me God.

You had that first part right. He won't be giving up. IF there's an election in 2016, it will be a sham election. There's no way 0bama's going to voluntarily relinquish the presidency on Jan 20th, 2017. No one will get a chance to put their hand on that bible.

Meet King Barack I, seated on the newly-created feather throne and instrument of Allah.

I would choose the Bush Ranch to live.

The amusing thing about the article is that the author is whining that "he is not letting everyone benefit from these technologies" when of course, anyone who wanted to use them can, he is just not mandating that everyone use them.

Freedom is something the author apparently does not get.

Most definitely....more than San Francisco; estimates are close to fifty percent now. I’m not up to date, but for awhile the mayor and every council member were bumpunchers.

From the comments and too good NOT to share:

Charles Martel says JULY 23, 2014 AT 5:25 PM

Palm Springs is at the base of Mt. San JacInto, one of the highest, most dramatic base-to-summit rises in the Lower 48. You can reach the top, which is a wilderness state park, by taking the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, one of greatest thrill rides you can find outside of an Ohio theme park or a New York City cab ride with an Arab at the wheel.

Here’s what I think Nancy Boy is planning: One day, he will rise early (which would be around 10 a.m. for him) and take the tramway. He will last be seen disappearing into the clouds atop Mt. San Jacinto and will not be seen for 40 days. At the end of that span, just when most of the world has heaved a sigh of relief and is thinking, “Hope that sonuvabitch is now bear crap,” he will reappear, bearing two stone tablets inscribed with Elizabeth Warren’s 11 Commandments for Progressives. (An ecstatically sobbing Valerie Jarrett will later swear to Jon Leibowitz that she saw a halo over Obama’s head.)

Thus will Palm Springs go down in history as something much more than a prodigious waster of water and playpen for overprivileged gays. (Not that Obama wouldn’t answer to both descriptions.)

Live with Black people? Are insane? That would be so beneath them, not to mention friggin dangerous, especially now that more and more of them are realizing he only uses them for personal gain.

President Bush’s Texas Ranch Is Off-Grid, Eco-Friendly

I read the article you posted. They seem to be whining about the fact that he has all these features and didn't push them when he was president. Bush is rich. Maybe he paid for them himself. Maybe, he didn't want taxpayers to foot the bill when other people wanted these items. I know I don't want to pay for someone else's solar panels.

I keep doing what I can to make myself more and more self sufficient, but I don't expect anyone else to pay for it.
