Ok, it was a surgery to "lift the breasts" but not using anything artificial. Apparently the level of vanity in Lima was such that even if sufficient in size, one should remain the image of their 16YO self in their late 20's which I would have thought was perfect. A completely unnecessary surgery made in two cross cuts under each breast. The surgery left bright red visible scars that made you want to cry for taking a knife to such beauty. These were 2-3 three in cuts and over a year old. Tragic...It's still sad to think about.
Message to anyone considering a non-essential plastic surgery. DON'T DO IT!
