I have always been smart enough to not try to take a police officers gun. I believe the guy needs to be considered for a Darwin award.

I’ll go with innocent until proven guilty unlike this shyster lawyer.

I'm not going to comment on the situation in Missouri, because I don't know anything about it.

But I will say that I've seen too many stories about out-of-control cops. I consider local police (all across the country) to be terrorist organizations who seek to maximize their power and influence through heavy use of fear and intimadation.

At some point, people in many locations will say, "Enough".

No doubt on his way to youth choir practice. And free stuff is a “right” when things like this happen. Maybe the cop was just taking advantage of his white privilege.

We have very little information about the officer, but I’d bet dollars to doughnut holes that he/she is black, which is why we have very little information about the officer.

Crump is trying to replace Sharpton as the new go-to race pimp guy.
But aren’t we all bored with Sharpton?

He is batting 0, in the legal court system right now.
But he aced it in the “phoney crisis” media manipulation game.

He gets paid, either way.

On the bright side, all donations to him, lessen the dollars going into the pockets of crooked politicians.
Crooked lawyer or crooked politician.

hmmm - let them finance him.

The police Dept really needs to hire a first rate PR firm to manage the media communications

There were more colateral witnesses in the Travon Martin shooting, cell phone calls, even a call to the police, residents hearing things, and injuries to corroborate the shooter’s story.

In this case, so far, no corroboration witnesses to the officers word, against the dead guy. The victim is dropped 30 feet from the police car, by gunfire, from where the scuffle inside the car was said to occur. I wonder what the Travon lawyer will stuff into all those logistical gaps?

Comply peacefully is a four letter word to some.. Or at worst, a lost cause in most cases..

I dread watching takedown videos , over such petty things, I even tell the dogs just lay on your back..

Wasn’t the intial story that he was already in the squad car and the struggle happened inside? If so, isn’t that taped? I know there are cameras on the front of the car but at least audio is inside I think. I would think that might help determine what was going on

True but I believe the officer didn’t just shoot him for sport. There was more than likely a reason. I am not sure we’ll ever get 100% of the truth in this story.

It's good to see our racially tormented Attorney General is on the job with the lawyers from the civil rights division-who by the way are ALL left wing ideologues who can be counted on to "observe" exactly the right thing.
Shame he isn't as quick off the mark when some black racist thug rapes and murders another elderly white victim.
