What should happen to me would that I would be arrested and charged with assault.
If you punched me in the face I wouldn’t be justified in killing you as you were leaving. That would be murder... It’s no different with the cop.
Excuse me, don’t excuse me, it’s a lot different with a cop. A cop is the law. “I fought the law, and the law won.” Didn’t you ever learn that lesson? Didn’t you ever get pulled over? Did you ever decide to knock the cop down by blasting the door open, then kick him in the head?
If you did, were you surprised when he pulled out his gun and shot you dead?

OK, now what if you tried to grab the cop’s gun, and in the struggle a shot was fired ?
