Instapundit suggests that Kerry doesn't want to call it a war because we might lose it. I actually think it's because the administration is delusional and mistakes its ability to rename things via clever word games for material reality. Which is far more troubling than simple cowardice or deceit. Certainly nothing Kerry has said in his new gig argues that he has a robust sense of reality testing.

I think I should be able to play around with a little soliloquy on the meaning of life. So again I ask: to war or not to war? Isn’t that really the question?

Here’s my take is this. Obama is a closet Muslim, always has been. He was playing to his muslim base around the world when he said clear as day, “ISIS is not Islamic.” He is trying to say we are not at war with Islam. He deludes himself. He was trying to say that these vicious, brutal savages are not from the “Religion of Peace”. Please, can’t we just stop saying that Islam is the religion of peace? Because it is not. The Koran directs all muslims to kill all infidels who don’t convert. It is not a religion of peace. It is not even a religion in my book. It is a death cult. Obama is being mocked all over the media for claiming something that just isn’t so. I mean the first “I” in ISIS means “Islamic”. DUH! Does he think we are all stupid or is he just stupid?

Until he can bring himself to truthfully acknowledge who our enemies really are and John Kerry can admit that we are really at “war” with them, we will continue this charade until some real adults take over the White House.
