Cruz. No to Rubio and RandPaul.
Jeff Sessions would be my choice but there’s no sign that he wants the job.

>>”..., did you abandon the RNC?’-
That’s my favorite too. It’s a plea to just come back to the plantation for one more election: “We’re gonna whip you for leaving and maybe cut off a toe or two, but its for your own good.”
Agreed on all points
I’m a freeman now- no going back!
Well, good luck to us all, but I’m not optimistic that Ted Cruz will get anywhere near the nomination. The GOP elitists will fight harder than the Democrat party to keep that from ever happening.
I’m not being negative, I’m being realistic. We’ve all seen this movie before.
Save Sarah for Secretary of State or Homeland Security.
Rick Perry in the toilet with his Steve Schmidt hire.
Scott Walker is a good candidate but I read he's slumming with Christie Creme.
I for one, have complete confidence in today’s RNC’s selection of potential 2016 candidates. I am confident that they will F’ it up again with another looser so the Coronation of our 1st Queen will be forth coming. To quote someone; “Stupid is what stupid does”. What really is disturbing is, we will probably get the best President money can buy. I am sure that can be taken in a couple of ways, but either one is correct.

I don’t mind repeating...
The People of Texas selected and elected TED Cruz over the
wishes of every elected(establishment)Republican in office
in Texas...and against the wishes of former Gov.
Huckelberry on Fox News.
I pray to Jehovah God that TED Cruz is elected to serve 8 years as President of the United States of America and then appointed to serve a long life on the U.S. Supreme Court.
+1!!!
AND Rick Santorum is their hit man.
He's their Fredo Corleone.
That's not saying very much, though, is it?
Who was the Ronald Reagan of conceivable 2012 candidates? Herman Cain? Michelle Bachmann? Newt Gingrich? Rich Santorum?
Past Ronald Reagans of past years? Bob Dornan? Duncan Hunter? Tom Tancredo?
And really, was Ronald Reagan the Ted Cruz of available 1976 or 1980 candidates?
They did in fact say all the same things about Reagan... and it came from the same sorts too, GOP ‘insiders’
The press was no friend of Reagan’s either- I guess we’ll see
Yep, you could say ‘we’ve been through this before’ and the RINO always wins
But that’s not how it played out in TX when Cruz came around- not at all, and he apparently knows how to BEAT the establishment, he’s done it down there
I believe Santorum is not on the constitutional conservatives’ side- he at least sees a threat to his potential with evangelicals, Cruz would surely take his entire base if he chose to run again
