I knew it for California. Not familiar with the other states’ situations. So, what you’re saying is, if it’s the judges, not the citizen’s fault, boycotts are pretty pointless. Ok. You’re right.

Oh yes, I know.

We continue to elect the same politicians that appoint the same type of judges that makes these tyrannical decisions, and then we obey those decisions.

We have most certainly allowed our government to usurp our power.

We no longer have the right to chose how we want to love, rather we are told how we will live.

Yep. By my count, one state (Maine) passed gay marriage by referendum, one state (Washington) had the legislature pass gay marriage and it was ratified by referendum. Eight states passed gay marriage via the legislature.

The other TWENTY states had gay marriage rammed down their throats by judges.

Twenty more states have not been told by judges that their anti-gay marriage laws are illegal (yet). But cases are pending in all the Circuits at this point in time.

It’s amazing how the will of the American people has been discarded by the judiciary

Maryland voted it in by popular vote. Minnesota passed gay marriage by the legislature after a referendum marriage amendment failed. It would be interesting to see a complete list of all the states and what they did. There for a little bit West Virginia and Pennsylvania were the only two states to not have an amendment but also didn’t have gay marriage, if I recall.

We can thank republican appointed judges for destroying the institution of marriage. They managed to do what no other society in recorded history could do. Destroy marriage while legalizing perversion.

The people voted for fag marriage in THREE STATES, but the worthless robed tyrants in the US Supreme Court have ruled against the will of the people and make queer “marriage” legal all across the country. Now Roberts and the other two or three queers on the court can marry their boyfriends or girlfriends. No need for any of them to stay in the closet any longer.

Here’s a link to a list. It’s from Slate, so we know their opinion on the matter, but facts are facts. I missed Maryland, which is in the same boat as Washington state.
