Boston Mayor Marty Walsh and the hijacking of the St. Patrick's Day Parade

Mass Resistance reports:

"Up until now, Boston had been the only St. Patrick’s Day Parade in the country not to cave in to pressure and allow homosexual groups to march. In 1995, after a huge legal battle with the Massachusetts liberal political establishment, the Allied War Veterans Council, which runs the Boston annual parade, won a 9-0 US Supreme Court decision giving them the right to exclude homosexual-themed groups – or anyone – from their parade.

And they’d held their ground. Last year, as MassResistance reported, Boston Mayor Marty Walsh put enormous pressure on the Council to relent on their own, but they refused to give in. As expected, the Mayor and his political allies boycotted the parade.

But the Mayor, a former union organizer, knows a thing or two about pressure tactics. This year the Mayor’s increased pressure on the Council leadership was successful.

It’s important to pander to 1.8% of the population. I guess it doesn’t matter so much what the other 98.2% think.

Worse than that is all the latest kowtowing to the transgenders and their bathroom "rights." What are they, .000001% of the population?

The oligarchy wants to impose sodomy and to place orthodox Christians into a ghetto.

Yeah. All of the Liberal policies, the sexual policies, the social engineering policies — at heart, they are all aimed at rooting out Christian values and creating an situation where Christians can viewed as sub-human and worthy of limitless persecution.

If all the Irish Catholics stayed away and had a private celebration, that might send Boston a message.

If all the Irish Catholics stayed away and had a private celebration, that might send Boston a message.

But that's the problem--they never will, and the Left knows it. 2 percent of the population can only rule 98 percent if that 98 percent is lazy. And it is. Tammy Bruce points out that when she was a leftist organizer for NOW, they always accounted for conservatives' reluctance to get off their rears when formulating strategy. She says that if conservatives had ever fought back, it would have scuttled their plans.

So are any conservative groups pulling out of the parade? Are any Catholics and/or conservatives boycotting the parade? I'd be surprised.

I still can't see what sexual perversions have to do with St Pats. Not that it really matters to the homosexuals, the objective is for their “lifestyle” to permeate every aspect of the culture.

Why are the lunatics in charge of everything today? Statistics say they are in the minority, but I am not at all sure anymore. As I see it, lunatics have become the majority because they are now in sufficient numbers to elect their own. We weasel word around the likes of the Boston mayor by calling him liberal, a fascist, a little dictator, etc., but really these people are not mentally sound. If we stand back and look critically at those who would ram rod others to get their jollies off we must conclude they are sick, uncivilized, and mentally disordered nuts. The horror I find myself in of being trapped in this insane asylum to endure the madness every day is mental cruelty in the first degree. I say trapped because this insanity is worldwide.

The 98.2% are willing to quietly bend over and take it.

Within 10 years, the Parade will be all about homosexuality and have very little to do with being Irish.

Come on all you parents.
Come on all you Christians.
Take your kids and families to the Boston Saint Patrick’s Day fag fest.
