War On Terror: The head of U.S. Southern Command has warned lawmakers that IS is radicalizing converts and other Muslims in Latin America and could train and send them north via human traffickers.
Gen. John Kelly issued his warning in a hearing Thursday before the Senate Armed Services Committee on defense appropriations for fiscal 2016.
He's concerned that in addition to the Iranian terrorist puppet Hezbollah being active in Latin America, the Islamic State is promoting and recruiting for jihad against the United States in the region.
"Last year, IS adherents posted discussions on social media calling for the infiltration of the U.S. southern border," Kelly told lawmakers.

Why are they worried? There are already plenty of IS-friendly Moslems IN the USA.
The odds that they HAVE NOT are slim to none.
IS recruits are coming from every direction; in fact obama is importing islamists by the many thousands and settling them throughout the U.S. giving them welfare and the means to sit and await orders to begin terrorist activities.
Like everything else obama is doing; nobody, nowhere is doing anything to stop it, is it not time for “We The People” to perform our constitutional duty and overthrow this communist regime; can we wait two more years to once again battle at the ballot box, a wait with a most uncertain outcome, a wait that gives the communists the time to build a stronger wall around the seats of a decadent corrupt dictatorial government.
