But it will not be without much hardship. I am of the opinion that we are approaching a long “dark age” where freedom is an exception and not a rule. There will be tribulation across the globe. I fear for my future.

Matt. 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Millions will die while millions of others will make it through. Those who survive will take part in a new age of peace, of prosperity, and enjoy a long life on earth like the first people. Regardless if we personally make it through the end of this age or not, our time here was only ever intended to be a temporary thing. The end will be a frightening thing; more so for those who haven't prepared themselves by studying scripture and establishing a relationship with our savior.

John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Those who've been asleep should prepare themselves while there's still a little time.
