The “mothers” you refer to care more about milking the maximum taxes out of the populace rather than health.If 30 million packs of cigarettes are sold today and the governments collect $100 million intaxes ,you think thy want to give that up?
The governments are as addicted to tax money as the smokers to tobacco. A match made in....somewhere!
