Skip to comments.Hillary: I never had "classified" info on my server. I didn't say anything about TOP SECRET stuff.

In an effort to extricate herself from the growing email/server scandal, and possibly avoid a perjury charge, Hillary Clinton today said that her all her previous statements were correct; she never "sent or received classified information on her private email system"
"This is all a big deal about nothing. The vast right wing conspiracy, which has been attacking my husband and I for decades, is trying to trump up these charges (Note: she giggled when she said that)
"I welcome the FBI and DoJ investigations, and will cooperate with them fully. Look, it all depends on how they classify the meaning of 'classified.' "
Either she is an idiot or she thinks we are.
Classified is the broad term for the categorization of sensitive documents.
Top secret is the highest level of classified.
Then secret, confidential, restricted, official, unclassified...
One HAS to believe she has never lied about this matter. /sarc
Yes...she learned well
“It depends on what the meaning of the words ‘is’ is.”
The now-retired general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee, who supervised Hillary when she worked on the Watergate investigation, says Hillarys history of lies and unethical behavior goes back farther and goes much deeper than anyone realizes.
Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedys chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifmans 17-year career.
She is guilty but she will not be charged or arrested. Oh, and although she is not too smart, she knows very well that Top Secret is the highest designation for classified material. Her problem is her basic and pervasive dishonesty.
She's incompetent, but also arrogant. She actually believes the hype of her being "The Smartest Woman In The World". A malignant narcissist, just like the Kenyan.
I guess it depends upon the meaning of “top”.
Maybe it’s (it = HRC implosion) gonna happen here.
Oh, this needs a /sarc tag. Another case where the humor is so close to plausibility that I didn’t recognize it for what it was.
“Classified is the broad term for the categorization of sensitive documents”.
The first thing you learn before you are given access to any classified information are the types of classified information, Top Secret is the highest and she knows this. This is just another Clinton splitting words to try and act innocent. Her crooked husband was famous for it so she was taught well. IT boggles the mind what this crook thinks she can get by with.
“It depends on what your definition of classified is”
Damaging national security is in the democrat party platform.
I suggest you have a mini-stroke this weekend and withdraw.
You can bet your boots that Bubba is the person that wants her the least to be prez.
And HE had to know about the private server...and probably chuckled...
I was just thinking ‘another is-is’ Klinton episode.
Good one. I predict it’ll be a while before people “get it”. Why? Because it COULD be true.
Bullshit! I spent most of my career handling and controlling classified material at many levels.
Top Secret IS the CLASSIFICATION of materials deemed to fall into specified categories. In her case, the material she compromised if released is deemed to cause grave damage to the United States. She and her lackeys have committed crimes no different than spies.
I'd say 25% the former, 75% the latter.
It would be almost impossible for the Secretary of State, in doing her job, to not have many, many discussions about classified material. Referring to the content of the classified materials, without assigning or marking them classified, is not only stupid, but has to be an offense.
It's like taking an abstract of a classified document, adding discussion, and removing the classified header. Wrong, wrong, stupid, wrong.
