An Alabama cop put in the hospital by a black felon admits he choked because he didn't want to be called racist
A white police officer in the South who was recently beaten bloody and unconscious by a black suspect now admits he failed to defend himself properly because he was afraid if he used force he would have been accused of racism.
This is poignant testimony to the tremendous damage that the racist Black Lives Matter movement has inflicted on the American psyche. Nowadays police all over the country are increasingly reluctant, or in some cases outright unwilling, to perform their duties as law enforcement personnel. They know that government officials, eager to pander to loud, angry lynch mobs in the street, don’t have their back. The mainstream media has been playing a supporting role, turning every police shooting of a person of color into a cause c√©l√®bre, regardless of the circumstances leading to the shooting. So cops are taking unnecessary chances, ignoring police safety protocols and giving suspects the benefit of the doubt when it is not warranted.
They got exactly what they wanted. Now when they need to be defended from their own they may be SOL. They own it.
Trump needs to be as vocal about supporting cops as he is about strengthening the military
I agree, but the real strong and vocal support needs to come from the mayors and governors. They run the cities and the states.
Case in point is Baltimore’s Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, who’s inept and irresponsible response to rioting is resulting in record shootings and deaths to this day.
The effective blacks are ineffective ... West, Carson, Sowell ... except to talk .... which only white people listen to/read.
Ferguson, Detroit, Baltimore, Chicago South Side, etc.

To paraphrase Trump, let’s build walls around the ghettos of our major cities. Let blacks run the separate cities within those walls. Let blacks hire only blacks to be police and firemen. Let blacks be the ones who run businesses, hire only their own to work there, etc. Let blacks be the ones who run and repair the infrastructure within those ghettos.
Let’s put the black ghettos on the same legal status as Indian reservations. Let them do what they think is best. Since America is so racist and bigoted and all that, let’s cut them loose, and let them govern themselves as they see fit.
What do you think Detroit, Newark, Oakland, Washington DC , etc... are? Puerto Rico is an example of what happens when you have an entire island that is run by pandering to the minority/majority. It's always going to be "white" men's fault or Christians or "the Jews". It's all so boring and predictable. Have an undisciplined, uneducated culture and the results are the same. The "ethics" of men is from having internal controls that "laws" can't force unto them, no matter what the consequences. Just look at our rulers in DC. They are the same parasite class as any 3rd world country, they just have nicer digs.
Seriously, I doubt many cops fall for this, and those that do are probably wound too tight to be cops.
All uniformed police are fully aware that they are under tight rules, any variance from which could get them disciplined, fired, or prosecuted. And they could even get nailed when they *hadn’t* done anything wrong, but just become a target of some loud mouthed agitator.
They know also that the civilian government and even their own leaders don’t have their back, so they have to rely on their peers and their union, without which their jobs would be intolerable.
So the best advice for cops is to work in a place with a conservative government. Liberals won’t support them, and see them as both “the enemy” and easy scapegoats.
Those who harbor that growing enmity are still constrained by the laws which they deem civilized, but that once hearty veneer of civility is wearing perilously thin.
When that veneer wears through, the other Ferguson Effect will become evident. Those pent up hostilities will be released.
The anger festering over decades of kowtowing to the demands of a now allegedly aggrieved 'class', who ever push the boundaries seeking more, demanding others treat them better than they can for themselves afford, whose idea of equality is extracting retribution from those who have not wronged them, and extracting that via government agency in a sort of reverse apartheid--that anger will be released.
When enough sons and daughters have suffered enough deprivation because of the blatantly skewed order of things as they now are, that anger will burst forth.
It will take no major wound: merely a pinprick; a final straw.
When that hostility breaks loose, there will come a juggernaut of retribution.
There will be no peaceful resolution once critical mass is reached. The patience and long suffering currently being taken for weakness will spring forth in a font of fury of biblical proportions.
I am not advocating this course of action, merely warning that this second Ferguson Effect exists. If it kicks in, it will bring the whirlwind on the heads of those who have sown the wind.
