There are several reasons why we have chosen not to dig into this specific aspect of this event, after posting the first three research articles. Here are the ones we are comfortable stating:
The freedom continuum has two diametrically opposing forces on either end. On one end, the left, if you travel outward from democracy to socialism to communism eventually you arrive at totalitarianism. The absolute power of government over the individual. The maximum amount of liberty lost.
On the oppositional end, the right, again if you travel from democracy to a constitutional republic and keep going, eventually you arrive at a place absent of any government. This is anarchy. This is law of the jungle, survival of the fittest. Mad Max type societal tribe formation.
Neither path, left nor right, is good when taken to its ultimate conclusion.
However, the freedom continuum is not linear.

Mad Max social tribes are not anarchy, they are an establishment of some kind of order (feudal, dictator, empaneled) in the wake of societal collapse/rejection (anarchy).
And the black flag waving capital A anarchists are Socialist. Socialist Anarchy. They still want universal healthcare with a decentralized governance.

Huge leaps to subjective conclusions are always interesting to me. There’s one in the commnets about the tracks in the trees - the comment limits the tracks to “the feds” when anyone could have made them. There is no way for the commneter to know if it actually was “the feds” who made the tracks but that doesn’t stop them from stating a subjective conclusion as if it is an absolute objective fact.
I am highly skeptical of the official narrative. Who gets out of their vehicle ready to fight WITHOUT their gun already drawn? He was shot in cold blood IMHO... until some new information proving me wrong arrives.
That's assuming it was not digitally altered to show him lowering his raised arms. But of course, nobody would have any reason to do that.
Looked to me like Lavoy went to his shoulder holster and turned to the officer behind him before he was shot.

Do they ever provide any historical support for this claim?
I ask because the latest example of a Constitutional Republic is the United States of America, which has lasted more than 200 years, and is now being transitioned into a socialist, Marxist nation through anarchist actions created by socialists and Marxists.

What do we call a “Constitutional Republic in Name Only”? A very bad turn was taken after the so-called Civil War. We have been bitter clingers to Past Glory for at least 100 years now. We have been “transitioning” a lot longer than you may think.

When anarchy finally arrives, the anarchists are always the first to die.
It may look that way, but more knowledgeable people than me have looked at this and firmly believe that Finicun was shot and that is his flinch reaction. I believe his daughter. He was unarmed. No one in the vehicle was shooting. This was an ambush. Was Finicum pissed off? Clearly. Did more than one person shoot him? Yes. Did they leave him dying in the snow? Absolutely.
