Trump's response was SPECIFICALLY to Letterman challenging him to show there was waste and fraud in the system. Saying that he sees invoices with such is NOT saying doctors should be paid less, just that there should not be the level of waste and fraud that we have now.
You might try actually watching the 2nd video with Letterman instead of just swallowing this drivel because you like the taste.
You know what we Trump supporters have found out about Cruz bots....anything that any article writes positive about Trump you turn into a Nazi article by your replies...
We know what your doing and how much your getting paid by and by what campaign your working for, so for saying that we are Communists and Nazies and other things you have said about us, with all the world to read, and believe me, this site goes World Wide, your are doing so much damage to your candidate than what we Trump supports post for the ‘good for America’; this is why you candidate is so low in the polls and will continue to be!!!
Donald Trump’s money is in Real Estate. He has been smart enough to sell most of his stocks before he entered the race and the market started to tanked. If he is successful in Making America Great Again, his Real Estate values will go up. More people will be able to take vacations at his resorts.
But at the same time, everyone will be getting richer. Cutting the waste, fraud and abuse in Government payments will not help Donald Trump any more that it will help the rest of us. However, it will HURT the crony capitalist’s and their finance people. When Donald Trump actually goes after the drug trade, it will HURT the banks who are laundering the drug money, and currently only have to pay into the DOJ slush funds when they are fined.
So based on just a small part of what is actually going on in the world, you are obviously just so blind you can not see what is going on in America, today.
Just look at your doctor's bills. I mean you look at the doctor's bills, you look at what some of these doctors do and the money that they make and you go to other countries and you see what they make and it' s a whole different world.
I think the current system has serious flaws largely due to lack of competition and market forces. Apply competition and then we'll see where the markets take what doctors make.

So you are opposed to:
1. Closing the border and building a wall on the border
2. Getting rid of Common Core and returning control of education to the states.
3. Stopping waste, fraud and abuse in the VA and treating our veterans better that illegal immigrants.
4. Cutting taxes on everyone, but making tax loop holes such as Carried Interest go away.
5. Redoing trade agreements so that we get a better deal.
Or are you opposed to the idea of making America great again? Do you want America to continue to decline as a world power?
What exactly is are the views that you hold that are antithetical to those articulated by Donald Trump?

Plus with Cruz, I don’t get a cheated on both of his wives, flip flopping on every social issue (sometimes within the same freaking statement), donated to the worst enemies conservatives have, and undermined the selection of conservative justices to the USSC.

Ok. So your real objection to Donald Trump is you think he is a bad man who doesn’t come up to your moral standards, and has donated to people you don’t like. Now see, that is honest position to have.

I humbly submit that it is you that is so blind, as you cast aside the one candidate who actually DID what he said he would while he was running for office. For decades we’ve longed for somebody who would have the “damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead” approach and do things in Congress solely because he said he would when he was running for office...AND those things that he said he would do were directly confronting the very establishment hacks you rail against...meanwhile you cast your lot with a man whose only history is the antithesis of everything he’s saying now, whose whole history is the antithesis of everything conservatives have said they support.
