I agree, but Trump will have to take it 1 step further. Commiefornia has their own “Special” welfare plan for Criminal Invaders, which could be fixed overnight by WITHHOLDING ALL FEDERAL FUNDS TO ANY STATE THAT PROVIDES WELFARE ASSISTANCE, or TAXPAYER FUNDED SERVICES to Criminal Invaders.
