Nope. Nor should they be able to, in my opinion.

Oh, yeah and a bunch of us are hoping for just that. If a governor of VA can go to jail for a Rolex, Zero, Hillary, all of them can and should.

But he was not convicted and was not under active impeachment when his term ended. Had he been so he could not pardon anyone.

That settles it! Have a quick impeachment and let him run the clock out being unable to pardon anyone. How long would it take?

(urope. Why do they put up with this.)

Accepting a pardon is akin to a confession of guilt.

If...IF....it can be proven that Barry was never legally eligible to be president, then everything he’s done is null and void.

0bama can't pardon Hillary for treason. If her crimes are as bad as I expect, Trump can still get her.

If you’re going to thank Romney then you should thank all the FReepers who refused to vote for him.

Never heard that a pardon cannot be revoked.

Never heard that a pardon cannot be revoked. I'm always eager to learn something new. Where in the Constitution does it say that a Presidential pardon can be revoked?

I was not aware Romney was running in this primary. I do think we should all thank him for laying down for Obama and for undermining this years candidate.
