I’m black and I don’t want to put myself in most black people’s shoes for precisely the reasons you stated. I’ll tell you 2 things that opened my eyes to separating myself as much as possible from most blacks:

The greatest service whites and "freed" blacks could ever do for the cause of "race" in America is go into Democratic bastion cities like carnival barkers and get people to move to flyover country like radiohead did. Offer contracts to work in the Bakken oil fields or in Texas oil country. Just get people out of there. Those who truly desire opportunity and a better life would be gone in a heartbeat.

Watch how fast these race hustlers and grievance darlings try to put a halt to that. At least that would expose those grievance mongers for who they are. After all, those would be votes leaving the plantation, not human beings. And votes are far more important to them.
