I'm not saying move to the next level...we still have a whole lot of power under the First Amendment we haven't used. We love the freedom of speech and freedom of religion parts, but what about the right to peaceably assemble? The right to petition?
That's what we need to be doing right now, and it doesn't call for any escalation.
What it does call for is backbone and testosterone, both of which are in short supply these days.
