It's worse than nastiness. This could be the tact the Dems choose to prevent the election or the transfer of power if Trump wins. Basically overthrowing the govt by impeaching Trump before he even takes office.

Trump MUST be the favorite if Obama wants him removed. That has always been Obama’s path to power, get him removed, or start with a patsy (McCain, Romney).
