The US Military’s Silent Generation
US Defense Watch ^ | August 29, 2016 | Ray Starmann

Posted on 08/29/2016 5:39:34 PM PDT by pboyington

The US armed forces are being strangled to death by the agents of political correctness, feminism, cultural Marxism and the LGBT agenda. Those agents defined as Barack Hussein Obama, Valerie Jarrett, Ash Carter, Ray Mabus, Eric Fanning and Deborah Lee James.

Not a day passes now without some new and completely absurd directive emanating from the Pentagon with one goal; the total feminization and destruction of the US military.

Yet, as transgenders demand unisex latrines and women are authorized to serve in Delta Force, not a sound emanates from those Rubber Men of Arlington, those spineless mannequins called the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, General Joe Dunford and his cowards of the round table have taken a La Cosa Nostra vow of silence as the military takes its final breath and the lights are finally turned off in this great land.

Have no doubt, the US military is in its death throes, courtesy of the Obama Administration and its willing, treasonous executioners.

From Mike Mullen to Martin Dempsey to Joe Dunford, the Chairmen of the JCS have stood silent as the military implodes around them.

Sadly, the Pentagon has no modern Colonel David Hackworth’s. In 1971, Hack was a highly decorated combat vet and leader who was being groomed for his first star. He was on a high trajectory in the lean green machine. But, Hack threw his career away when he went on the ABC talk show, Issues and Answers and told the world that the Army’s strategy to fight the Vietnam War wasn’t working and wouldn’t work unless drastic changes were made.

While Hack was a polarizing figure who was both loved and hated by his men and readers (most of the love came from the lower ranks and the hatred from the higher ranks and the men he deemed the Perfumed Princes of the Pentagon), no one can argue that the man had the courage of his convictions, aka moral fortitude, aka guts.

Where is such moral courage and indeed concern about the dire situation in the military today among not only the JCS, but the other members of its ranks?

In over seven years, as the Obama White House has taken a chainsaw and meat cleaver to the military, not one word of protest has come from the JCS, the senior leaders of the military, the middle management of the military, the non-commissioned officers of the military and the civilian bureaucrats who work for the military.

A silence has descended upon the military that is not only stifling, but a talisman of ruin and destruction for it.

You might expect someone from the Joint Chiefs to come forward and express their dismay at the Maoist Cultural Revolution destroying the armed forces. The Joint Chiefs have reached their glass ceiling. There is nothing left for them except a pension and a defense contractor position.

You might expect…

Then there are the senior leaders of the military, the other generals and admirals and colonels and Navy captains. Many of these personnel know that they are going no further in their careers. Time is spent polishing their resumes while they plod through a final year on active duty. You would think that someone might come forward and tell the world how Barack Obama is destroying their military.

You would think…

There is the military’s middle management, the majors and lieutenant-colonels in the Army, Marines and Air Force and the lieutenant commanders and full commanders in the Navy. There are the thousands of DoD civilians who work for the military. Perhaps one of them would step forward and express their disgust with the social engineering project that the military has become.

Perhaps, but no…

Of course there are the military’s non-commissioned officers, the sergeants and the Navy chiefs, the people who make the whole thing work, the factory foremen of the military; the blue collar, salt of the earth folks who always know the real story and can separate fact from fiction in seconds. Maybe one of the military’s NCO’s would come forward and report to the world the absolute horse dung state of the military under this President.

Maybe, but not…

Finally, there are the military’s junior officers, the lieutenants and captains, the ensigns and lieutenants in the Navy. Many junior officers are just clocking in their required service time of a few years on active duty. Many have no interest in making it a career. It would appear that these would be the people who would be fearless at reporting just how eight up the military was now.

It would appear, but no…

I won’t count the military’s young enlisted personnel. They are too inexperienced, too young and frankly are like children in a dysfunctional family that have no idea how functional families actually…function. To expect a 20 year old private to be the voice of disdain for a system he barely knows is asking too much.

In over seven years, the world hasn’t heard so much as a peep from members of the military and DoD civilians about the social engineering ruining the armed forces. There have been no JCS press conferences, no JCS resignations, no senior leaders writing OPED’s in disgust, no You Tube videos of protest, no radio and TV appearances, no anonymous cries in the wilderness, no pen names used in frustration; nothing: not one syllable, consonant, word, contraction, sentence or paragraph of protest for what Barack Hussein Obama and his henchmen are doing to the glorious and heroic US military.

Nothing…

Where were the members of the US military when cadets paraded around in red high heels, men were forced to conduct PT in pregnancy simulators, the Bible and Declaration of Independence were touted as sexist documents, open homosexuality was authorized, transgenders were allowed to serve, women were continually recycled through Ranger School, hundreds of senior leaders were purged, breastfeeding was authorized on field exercises, Marines Corps Unconscious Bias brainwashing teams arrived on base, white privilege presentations became SOP and sensitivity training was conducted in combat zones?

Where were they? Where?

Why are members of the military from top to near bottom remaining silent? Well, probably 25% of the military now agrees with the social engineering insanity taking place. Another 50% are just hunkering down and waiting to clock out. The last 25% are the people fuming inside every day as they watch the sensitivity training videos and read the breastfeeding lactation memos distributed to Special Operations Command. They are livid inside, ready to burst, yet something holds them back. Fear holds them back. They are too worried about repercussions, about someone finding out that they said something. They are terrified of the big bad civilian world and unemployed Obama Land.

I am asking the members of the US military again to come forth, anonymously if necessary, and voice your opinion. Tell the world how Obama’s left wing directives are a Stage 4 cancer killing the morale, readiness and warrior spirit of the military. Write an OPED under a pen name and voice your discontent. Tell the world the real story of how these leftist ideologues are hijacking the military.

For God’s sake do something before it’s too late…

God told Abraham he would not destroy Sodom if he could find ten righteous men.

Is there one righteous person in the US military with the courage to speak out?

This started earlier, definitely by the time women were allowed to become chiefs in the Navy. Some coworkers who were sailors described what happened and it sounds like a bad idea. However, the term political correctness predates Obama. If the culture of the country as a whole is PC, the military will be as well.

This is a very, very tough nut to swallow.

The people in a position to do something about it don’t care, and the people that care are powerless to do anything about it.

God help us.

All of this was inevitable from the day that the service academies were opened to women. That reality, coupled with the ascendancy of cultural Marxism enabled this perfect storm that is wrecking the US Armed Forces.

Today’s military leaders have the same moral courage the German General Staff had against Hitler. today’s Pentagon leaders must read up on Jodl and Keitel on how to be a military leader.

All too many of the higher ranking military officers are some of the biggest butt kissers and political animals one can find in any bureaucracy. They're looking for the next butt to kiss to get them their next promotion.

The leadership doesn’t care. They won’t be the cannon fodder. The politicians don’t care. They will be safe and rich. If a hundred million American’s die, oh well.

Anyone in our military should know that there are families like mine that have served in our military since the 1600’s who are against Obama and Hillary at every point. We are patriots serving our country and we want all others like us to vote for Trump...Hillary would be worse that Obama for this country.

When I took American History in college, way back in the dark ages, it was impressed upon us that the military quite successfully fought back against more than one president who dared encroach on the military’s turf.

The military’s attitude was that you civilians run the government, but WE run the military and never the twain shall meet.

So disastrous was it for several US presidents who forgot that rule, it became common wisdom in government that you don’t meddle with the military on matters it regarded as essential to discipline and morale.

What happened to those men? Men who would fight back?

Forget the leaders. Why didn’t the men in the heels and pregNancy simulators tell them to GO TO HELL?. There’s your problem.

I'm a Vietnam combat Air Cav vet, (among other things)

We saw this politically correct crap happen 45+ years ago when the politicians started running the wars, (I hope you're enjoying HELL, Sec Of Defense Robert MacNamara!!!)

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT?

WTF?

We had to drop heads-up "leaflets" in areas where we were to soon engage the enemy.

We couldn't pursue the enemy if they were lucky enough to make it into Laos or Cambodia, (although we actually did, Heh).

We could of kicked commie butt in a few years if we had been allowed to, but instead the politicians decided not to.

Yeah, I'm still pissed!

And now the marxist, faggot, perverts in our government are trying to finish the job.

Who indeed will call this crap out for what it is?

I loved reading David Hackworth's newspaper columns. He hammered where things needed to be hammered. He was awesome.

Ray, when you ask, “Is there one righteous person in the US military with the courage to speak out?” do you realize what it is that you are asking? Is there one righteous person in the US military with the courage to commit suicde? When the head of the CIA is a Muslim, when the FBI and NSA is controlled by the Muslim Brotherhood, how do you think a GI can defeat them? Our President, his Chief of Staff, our Attorney General are all Muslims. Our entire government is infiltrated with Muslims from the top to the bottom and you have the balls to ask someone to attempt to sneak by the authority and powers of these people so you can write a friggin article. Wake up and start using some common sense!!
