Let me get this straight. Kaine, serving as governor during that time, was somehow privy to so many state secrets that he knew they weren’t classified correctly. Was the 2nd shift cashier and bathroom cleaner down at the corner 7/11 also privy to such? Apparently, I’m the only one on the continent who didn’t have access to the emails.
C’mon man, she was Secretary of State of the United States of America. Not the secretary of BEER!

I was just having this thought this morning. Even the most junior soldier with limited experience has the common sense to ask someone in authority "hey, is any of this sensitive material?"
So, this isn't remotely a case about innocent ignorance that Clinton passes it off as. This is willful neglect of handling classified information designed with a nefarious purpose.
Yet the FBI can’t figure out that she purposely avoided using government servers.
Congress can’t seem to figure that out either.
And the FBI believed that? Congress believes that? The American people are supposed to believe that?

Little boy lies like big mama Hilliary —— many, most of the files were very clearly marked obviously secret ——and anybody with the intelligence of a cowturd knows that business communications to and from the Secretary of State !(!) involving foreign powers, war and peace ( with Hilliary and Obama and Kerry— mostly new wars they create) -— such communications with the s of state are bound to involve top secret information. These people lie like rugs
I had a secret clearance at that time and a much higher top secret later on. My first assignment was analyzing and writing the “DMZ Report” for the president and the JCS.
As Secretary of State, the LEADER of the state department, she should know the rules better than anyone there. As a manager she should be setting the rules, not blindly following those made by some flunky.
She should know what should be classified, and what is not.

In most countries that position is known as the foreign minister.
Imagine a scenario where you had compromised those reports somehow- even if it was an innocent mistake. You would still be breaking big rocks into little rocks at Leavenworth.

Exactly right. She was the Secretary of State, one of the highest ranking officials in the government, not a GS-4 admin clerk in an obscure office somewhere. On a daily basis, she was communicating with the White House, the Pentagon, the CIA, NSA, foreign governments, and our embassies around the world. To say that she didn't realize she was dealing with classified material is absolutely ridiculous. Another example of the Clintons trying to play the American people for fools.
