I just added 38 items to my list of Obama’s lies, lawbreaking, etc.

Items 1 through 500 can be found at https://danfromsquirrelhill.wordpress.com/2013/08/15/obama-252/

Items 501 through 1,000 can be found at https://danfromsquirrelhill.wordpress.com/2015/12/04/obama-part-2/

Items 1,001 through 1,342 can be found at https://danfromsquirrelhill.wordpress.com/2015/12/04/obama-part-3/

Here are the new entries:

1,305) Obama’s Justice Department sought to hire “Trial Attorney, GS-14/15” with “mental retardation”

In February 2010, the website for Obama’s Justice Department had a help wanted ad for “Trial Attorney, GS-14/15” with “mental retardation.” The complete ad can be read here.

1,306) Obama’s Justice Department ordered University of California, Berkeley to pay “compensatory damages” to deaf people because its free educational videos at YouTube were not closed captioned, but the Justice Department did not explain how it was possible for the school to pay “compensatory damages” for something that the school had given away for free

In August 2016, the Department of Justice sent a letter to University of California, Berkeley, which ordered the school to pay “compensatory damages” to deaf people because its free educational videos at its YouTube channel were not closed captioned. However, the Justice Department did not explain how it was possible for the school to pay “compensatory damages” for something that the school had given away for free.

1,307) University of California, Berkeley said Obama’s Justice Department may force it to remove 13,800 hours of free educational content from its YouTube channel

In August 2016, the Department of Justice sent a letter to University of California, Berkeley, which criticized the videos for not being closed captioned, and for not having audio descriptions of content that was visible on chalkboards. The school responded by issuing a statement which said said:

… we might not be able to continue to provide free public content under the conditions laid out by the Department of Justice to the extent we have in the past.

In many cases the requirements proposed by the department would require the university to implement extremely expensive measures to continue to make these resources available to the public for free…

At the time, the school’s YouTube channel had 13,800 hours of free educational content.

1,308) Refused to fire or prosecute Monica Hanley, one of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s aides, for illegally leaving classified material in a Russian hotel room

In September 2016, it was reported that when Secretary of State Hillary Clinton traveled to Russia, Monica Hanley, one of her aides, had illegally left classified material in a Russian hotel room. Instead of getting fired and/or prosecuted (which is what usually happens to government or military employees who do such a thing) Hanley’s only “punishment” was “verbal security counseling.”

1,309) Falsely accused Palantir Technologies of “racial discrimination” because the company hired software engineers based on merit instead of on race

In September 2016, the Obama administration falsely accused Palantir Technologies of “racial discrimination” because the company hired software engineers based on merit instead of on race.

1,310) Even though the Iraq War had allegedly ended in December 2011, Obama sent 615 U.S. troops to Iraq in September 2016

Even though the Iraq War had allegedly ended in December 2011, Obama sent 615 U.S. troops to Iraq in September 2016.

1,311) Falsely said, “If you don’t vote, that’s a vote for Trump… If you vote for a third-party candidate, that’s a vote for Trump.”

In September 2016, Obama falsely said:

“If you don’t vote, that’s a vote for Trump… If you vote for a third-party candidate, that’s a vote for Trump.”

1,312) “Report says Obama administration failed to follow health law”

In September 2016, Associated Press reported:

Report says Obama administration failed to follow health law

The nonpartisan investigative agency of Congress says the Obama administration failed to follow the president’s health care law in a $5 billion dispute over compensating insurers for high costs from seriously ill patients.

The finding by the Government Accountability Office is a setback for the White House and bolsters Republican complaints that administration officials bent the law as problems arose carrying out its complicated provisions.

The law specified that $5 billion from a $25 billion fee to compensate insurers would go directly to the Treasury. But when fee collections fell short, the administration failed to allocate a share of money to the Treasury.

The GAO says that’s “inconsistent with the plain meaning of the statute.”

1,313) The “most transparent administration in history” secretly signed documents which lifted sanctions on two Iranian banks that had financed Iran’s ballistic-missile program

In September 2016, it was reported that in January 2016, the Obama administration had secretly signed documents which lifted sanctions on two Iranian banks that had financed Iran’s ballistic-missile program.

1,314) The “most transparent administration in history” refused to release an email attachment memo that may have either proved or disproved that one of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s aides had helped Clinton’s son-in-law to commit insider trading

Insider trading is illegal. Marc Mezvinsky, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s son-in law, may or may not have committed insider trading. However, the State Department refused to release an email attachment memo that may have either proved or disproved that one Clinton’s aides had helped Mezvinsky to commit insider trading. The State Department said that it had “lost” the email. However, in the real world, there is always a way to retrieve such email. Certainly, the NSA would have a copy of it.

1,315) After Obama helped illegal alien Lopez Aguilar to stay in the U.S., Aguilar, with no driver’s license, and no insurance, drove through a stop sign, and killed a 12-year-old girl

In June 2014, the Obama administration gave illegal alien Lopez Aguilar permission to stay in the U.S. In September 2016, Aguilar, with no driver’s license, and no insurance, drove through a stop sign, and killed a 12-year-old girl.

1,316) The “most transparent administration in history” secretly and illegally investigated several U.S. cities as possible locations to move terrorists from Guantanamo Bay

In October 2016, it was reported that the Obama administration had secretly and illegally investigated several U.S. cities as possible locations to move terrorists from Guantanamo Bay.

1,317) Obama refused to prosecute senior advisor John Podesta for illegally hiding the fact that he was on the executive board of Joule Unlimited, an energy company

Before John Podesta started working as senior advisor for the Obama administration, federal law required him to disclose the fact that he was on the executive board of Joule Unlimited, an energy company. However, Podesta illegally withheld this information from his disclosure form. Obama refused to prosecute him.

1,318) The “most transparent administration in history” ordered DHS employees not to tell the media that the DHS was admitting immigrants into the U.S. without doing the necessary checks for security and infectious disease

In October 2016, it was reported that the Department of Homeland Security was allowing Haitians, Africans, Russians, Armenians, and Guatemalans to enter the U.S. without doing the necessary checks for security and infectious disease. The DHS told its employees not to tell the media about this.

1,319) “Companies used Clinton fundraisers to lobby State Department”

In October 2016, USA Today reported:

Companies used Clinton fundraisers to lobby State Department

Hillary Clinton’s State Department and the Clinton family foundations is closer and more complex than even Donald Trump has claimed so far.

While it is widely known that some companies and foreign governments gave money to the foundations, perhaps in an effort to gain favor, one of the key parts of the puzzle hasn’t been reported: At least a dozen of those same companies lobbied the State Department, using lobbyists who doubled as major Clinton campaign fundraisers.

Those companies gave as much as $16 million to the Clinton charities. At least four of the lobbyists they hired are “Hillblazers,” the Clinton campaign’s name for supporters who have raised $100,000 or more for her current White House race. Two of the four also raised funds for Clinton’s unsuccessful 2008 presidential bid.

USA Today reached these conclusions by obtaining federal lobbying data from the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics for 2009-2013, Clinton’s tenure as secretary of State. Reporters then compared the data with donor lists made public by the Clinton nonprofits and federal campaign financial records.

Among the donors to the Clinton foundations who also used Clinton-connected lobbyists at the Department of State:

Microsoft has given between $1 million and $5 million to the foundations, as the tech giant also lobbied for visa issues, protection of critical infrastructure and cybersecurity, software industry licensing and government procurement.

Pfizer, one of the world’s top biopharmaceutical companies, has also given between $1 million and $5 million to the foundations, while lobbying for such issues as intellectual property rights overseas and issues related to medicines in Turkey and India.

ExxonMobil, the global oil and energy company based in Texas, gave the foundations between $1 million and $5 million. The company lobbied the Department of State for issues involving hydraulic fracturing, popularly known as fracking, oil sands and other provisions.

The Northeast Maglev, a Washington, D.C.-based company that advocates for high-speed, magnetic levitation rail service in the U.S., donated as much as $100,000 while lobbying the Department of State to help provide support for the issue.

Mexico TV network Azteca and its affiliates donated as much as $375,000 while lobbying for U.S. business opportunities, an education initiative involving students from the U.S., Mexico and Latin America, and other causes.

1,320) After Obama had 45 meetings with a guy named Robert Creamer, video showed one of Creamer’s employees admitting to having committed voter fraud by using buses to drive the same people to vote multiple times at different precincts, as well as admitting that the DNC paid people to incite violence at Donald Trump rallies

In 2005, a guy named Robert Creamer pled guilty to $2.3 million in bank fraud in relation to his operation of public interest groups.

Creamer was a consultant during Obama’s 2008 and 2012 campaigns.

During Obama’s presidency, Creamer visited the White House 340 times, and met with Obama during 45 of those visits. In two of those meetings, Obama and Creamer were the only people at the meetings.

One of Creamer’s employees was a guy named Scott Foval.

This video has the following quotes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5IuJGHuIkzY

At 0:16, Creamer says:

“Hillary knows through the chain of command what’s going on.”

At 3:01, Foval says:

“I am contracted to him (Robert Creamer).”

At 7:20, Foval says:

“There’s a script. There’s a script of engagement. Sometimes the crazies bite and sometimes the crazies don’t bite.”

At 7:26, Foval says:

“They’re starting confrontations in the line.”

At 7:46, Foval says:

“The key is initiating the conflict by having leading conversations with people who are naturally psychotic.”

At 8:45, Foval says they provide

“agitator training”

At 9:34, a guy named Aaron Black says:

“So the Chicago protest when they shut all that, that was us. It was more him (Robert Creamer) than me, but none of this is supposed to come back to us, because we want it coming from people, we don’t want it to come from the party.”

At 10:13, Foval says:

“We have to be really careful, because what we don’t need is for it to show up on CNN that the DNC paid for X people to – that’s not going to happen.”

At 10:25, a woman named Zulema Rodriguez says:

“B and I did the Chicago Trump event where we shut down like all the…”

At 10:50, Creamer says:

“We have a call with the campaign every day to go over the focuses that need to be undertaken.”

At 11:07, Rodriguez says:

“We also did the Arizona one where we shut the highway down.”

At 13:48, Foval says:

“We have mentally ill people that we pay to do shit.”

This other video has the following quote: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDc8PVCvfKs

At 2:47, Foval says:

“It’s a very easy thing for Republicans to say, well they’re busing people in. Well you know what? We’ve been busing people in to deal with you fuckin’ assholes for fifty years and we’re not going to stop now. We’re just going to find a different way to do it.”

After those two videos were released, Creamer and Foval both lost their jobs.

1,321) Caused ITT Technical Institutes to close even though “not a single allegation of wrongdoing has been proven against the school”

In September 2016, the Washington Post reported that the Obama administration had caused ITT Technical Institutes to close even though “not a single allegation of wrongdoing has been proven against the school.”

1,322) Falsely said, “… we have not had a major scandal in my administration…”

In October 2016, Obama falsely said

“… we have not had a major scandal in my administration…”

1,323) In October 2016, newly released emails showed that donors to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s foundation had been granted meetings with her when she was Secretary of State

In October 2016, newly released emails showed that donors to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s foundation had been granted meetings with her when she was Secretary of State.

1,324) Secretary of State Hillary Clinton gave two favors to a Moroccan state owned phosphate mining company in exchange for Morocco donating $28 million to her foundation

In October 2016, it was reported that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had given two favors to a Moroccan state owned phosphate mining company in exchange for Morocco donating $28 million to her foundation. One of the favors was that Clinton had tried to shut down Mosaic Company in Florida, which at the time was America’s largest phosphate mining facility. This would have benefited Morocco’s state-owned phosphate company, OCP, which was a competitor of the American company. The other favor was that Clinton relaxed U.S. foreign aid restrictions on Morocco, which benefited OCP’s phosphate mining operations.

1,325) “Clinton Foundation memo reveals Bill and Hillary as partners in crime”

In October 2016, the Hill reported:

Clinton Foundation memo reveals Bill and Hillary as partners in crime

Last week, WikiLeaks dropped a 2011 memo by top Bill Clinton aide Doug Band that lays bare Team Clinton’s sordid financial dealings when Hillary Clinton was secretary of State.

Band describes how the Clinton Foundation served as a conduit for what he called “Bill Clinton Inc.” — the former president’s for-profit arm. Other documents show State Department involvement.

The result is an unsavory mix of charity work, profiteering, and pay-to-play politics that potentially reaches the highest levels of US foreign policy and screams for IRS and Department of Justice reviews.

From an IRS standpoint, red flags should abound. Charities must detail how they separate nonprofit from for-profit business. Those benefiting private interests or inure “insider” private gain lose their tax-deductible status because Treasury is cheated.

Alibaba — criticized for helping the Chinese government crackdown on internet freedom — lobbied State on intellectual property rights.

Coca-Cola double dipped by receiving excise-tax help with Pakistan and Thailand.

Dow avoided liability in India for a predecessor company’s accident that killed thousands because the Obama administration helped it avoid Indian courts.

Band also influenced State in other ways. He procured jobs at the prestigious agency. When he said one person was “important to take care of,” Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin responded, “(State Department) personnel is sending him options.”

He got Dow executives invited to State functions with Secretary Clinton in Japan. And Abedin consulted him to ensure people requesting a meeting on a foreign trip were “legit cgi people.”

This is serious. Federal regulations bar government employees from using “public office for . . . private gain . . . or for the private gain of friends, relatives, or persons with whom the employee is affiliated in a nongovernmental capacity, including nonprofit organizations . . .” Bribery laws are also potentially relevant.

1,326) Email showed that the Obama administration illegally discriminated against Christian Arabs when it came to hiring people

In October 2016, it was reported that a September 2008 email showed that if Obama were to win the election, his administration would illegally discriminate against hiring Christian Arabs. The email said:

In the candidates for top jobs, I excluded those with some Arab American background but who are not Muslim (e.g., George Mitchell). Many Lebanese Americans, for example, are Christian. In the last list (of outside boards/commissions), most who are listed appear to be Muslim American, except that a handful (where noted) may be Arab American but of uncertain religion (esp. Christian).

1,327) Falsely said that opponents of Obamacare did not have a plan to replace it

In November 2016, when talking about Republican opponents of Obamacare, Obama said:

“You watch the press conference and you realize, they got no plan… It’s not like, they don’t even have a pretense of a plan. They don’t even have a semblance of a plan. Not even a hint of a plan. Not even a remote — not even a — there’s no plan. Nothing, zero, nada. You can’t just be against something. You gotta be for something.”

However, several months earlier, in June 2016, the Republicans had announced this plan to replace Obamacare.

1,328) Falsely said that none of the predictions that were made by Obamacare opponents came true

In November 2016, when talking about predictions made by Obamacare opponents, Obama said:

“None of what they said has happened.”

However, in the real world, Obamacare opponents accurately predicted that Obamacare would cause million of people to lose their insurance.

In 2008, Obama complained about the long waiting times at the Veterans Administration.

However, in September 2016, it was reported that more than one third of the calls at the organization’s suicide hotline were not being answered by employees with the proper training.

An email from Greg Hughes, the former director of the organization’s suicide hotline, said that some suicide hotline employees

“spend very little time on the phone or engaged in assigned productive activity”

1,333) After U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton proposed illegally rigging the Palestine election, Obama hired her to be Secretary of State

In 2006, when Hillary Clinton was a U.S. Senator, she said:

“I do not think we should have pushed for an election in the Palestinian territories. I think that was a big mistake. And if we we’re going to push for an election, then we should have made sure that we did something to determine who was going to win.”

You can hear her saying it at 0:35 in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-W-SYn-uhk

Afterward, Obama hired her to be Secretary of State.

1,334) Even though sexual assault is illegal, the TSA said one of its employees was “following protocol” when she grabbed the vagina of CNN employee Angela Rye

In December 2016, CNN employee Angela Rye wrote this article about how a TSA employee had grabbed Rye’s vagina. Video of this can be seen at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lblntW1WPs

The TSA responded to Rye’s complaint and the video by saying:

“TSA looked into the specific details related to the screening process and concluded that our security protocols were followed.”

1,335) Continued Bush’s policy of spending taxpayers’ money on a sexual abstinence program that failed to prevent people in Africa from contracting HIV

In May 2016, it was reported that during the previous 15 years, the U.S. government had spent $1.4 billion of U.S. taxpayers’ money to promote abstinence before marriage as a way of preventing people from contracting HIV in Africa, and that the program had failed to achieve its goal. The article did not say how much of this money had been spent by Bush and how much had been spent by Obama.

1,336) Although Obama claimed to be against the illegal use of guns, on December 19, 2016 he gave commutations or pardons to 42 people who had been convicted of firearms related offenses

Although Obama claimed to be against the illegal use of guns, on December 19, 2016 he gave commutations or pardons to 42 people who had been convicted of firearms related offenses.

1,337) $167 million that was supposed to have been spent on programs for U.S. citizens, was instead spent on programs for illegal aliens

In November 2016, it was reported that $167 million from the Department of Health and Human Services that was supposed to have been spent on programs for U.S. citizens, was instead spent on programs for illegal aliens.

1,338) Refused to fire a Veterans Administration dentist who had failed to follow proper procedure and may have exposed 592 veterans to HIV or hepatitis

In November 2016, it was reported that after a Veterans Administration dentist had failed to follow proper procedure and may have exposed 592 veterans to HIV or hepatitis, instead of being fired, the dentist was transferred to an administrative position.

1,339) More than two thirds of the 10,600 “minor” illegal aliens who were brought to the U.S. under Obama’s Central American Minors program were actually adults

In December 2016, it was reported that more than two thirds of the 10,600 “minor” illegal aliens who had been brought to the U.S. under Obama’s Central American Minors program had actually been adults.

The “most transparent administration in history”

That (IMO) is the big, biggie. He made this claim saying that every bill proposed would be on line and on NPR for five days. He broke that promise in his first week in office and went downhill from there.

What makes anyone think that there will be no more items to add to the list after Inauguration Day? It may take years to uncover all of the crap.

Are you aware of how many times this dude has posted his list?

And that he went through a phase recently where he tried to sell it to us?

This is an imbalanced and maladjusted person we are dealing with here and you ought not encourage him, for his own safety.
