cash for clunkers wasn’t a scam ?
A very destructive scam that put many long time family owned car businesses out of business.
Cash for Clunkers was a terrible scam. Poor people and minorities hardest hit. Taking completely serviceable vehicles off the road to be destroyed was obscene. Low income people needed those cars.
Terrible scam, just awful. Immoral, really.
