Is there anyone, anyone at all, who honestly thinks that Susan Rice demanded detailed spreadsheets of “perfectly legal” Trump communications - and then didn’t run her findings over to the offices of Barack Obama & Hillary Clinton? I mean, let’s just be honest with ourselves for a moment. What else would a proven lapdog do?
Susie will take the Fifth to keep the Obama No Scandal myth intact. A Fifth Amendment a day keeps the scandals away.

Why the hell was Rice receiving intelligence reports about Trump?

As though any of those govcritters give an airborne rodent’s rump about “under oath.” Most of them (if not all) wouldn’t know from keeping their oaths if jumped up and bit them.

Let us not forget that Evelyn Farkas, a former DUSD, was no longer in the government at the time she referred to when she said:
“I was urging my former colleagues, and frankly speaking, the people on the Hill... ‘get as much information as you can, get as much intelligence as you can before President Obama leaves the administration,’ because I had a fear that, somehow, that information would disappear with the senior people who left.”
At the time she was referring to, she was an “advisor” to the Clinton campaign...
