I am basing my assertion on the results of her court appearance on Wednesday.
The court had access to the body cameras worn by the police.
You are basing you position (which diametrically opposes the ruling of the court) on your predetermination that whatever additional footage the court might have seen was entirely irrelevant.
Would you like to bash your position with a twenty pound sledgehammer some more?
It is still sitting on the anvil of reality.
I really didn’t state much of a position. All I’ve said is that he isn’t very good at a takedown. What did the court say about that?
