I have had revolvers fail to fire as well.
If clean, revolvers may have an edge.
With excellent ammo, Semi-Autos may have an edge.
I like them both, but I routinely carry the Glock.
In Alaska, I carried a 7 shot 6.5 inch barreled .357.

Mostly, I get complements on the hat. That is a nice hat. Needs a feather in the hatband tho....

They can now legally ban guns from their facility as a private entity, without checking them for you. I presume I can leave my shootin' iron in my vehicle? If there's any trouble, I reckon the driver, gunner and loader can deal with it 'till I can get to them.

Looks like he sat on that hat.
A couple of cross country motorcycle trips, with the hat crushed and bungee-corded on the luggage, will do that. Looks like it survived it better than one of these would. I wore 'em for years until I got back to Western hat country.
Told milady my wedding ensamble [maroon tux] would be incomplete and un-do-able without the hat. She had a fit when she found out how much they cost. And got me one for my birthday.
She's a keeper; so's the hat.

I found a feather the other day.
I feared the feds, I left it lay.

Always good to read about a pleasant experience with carrying. Unlike what happened to me while looking for good pants for carrying:
Concealed carry pants shopping issue and question (Vanity)
Be careful and get lots of rest. Pneumonia complications took my Dad about 5 years ago.
And, I'm getting me that hat.

No fear of feds, it's from a duck.
