Nancy Pelosi appears to have issues, but Democrats continue making her their spokesperson anyway.
The House Minority Leader repeatedly misspoke during brief remarks with her colleagues late Friday, and at one point even awkwardly froze up.
She criticized the “actions of the Trump administration as relation— related to the rule of the law.”
“The Trump administration and the Trump family have pa— eagerly ex— uh, intended to collude with a hostile foreign policy,” she said, likely intending to say “power” instead of “policy.”
“Members of Congress take a sa— sacred oath,” Pelosi struggled to say moments later.
“What do the Russians have politically, financially, uh, uh, or— and any— personally on Donald Trump that he fawns over Putin, uh, questions sanctions, uh—” she said, then froze.
“Uh— is— reckless when it comes to Article V,” Pelosi finally said.
Her statement condemning Jared Kushner lost its effect as she repeatedly herself.
“It’s absolutely ridiculous that he should have, have that, that clearance,” she said.
“Today we are announcing a new coo-nated effort to force votes to get answers for the American people she said, struggling to say “coordinated.”
“We will force Republicans to take votes on the record to continue, uh, from, from hiding the facts from the American people,” Pelosi said, effectively stating Republicans are being transparent.
As the House Minority Leader introduced several of her colleagues who took swings at the Trump pinata, she fumbled, “House Republicans will have to ask for their actions and one of the questions they will have— some of the questions they will have to answer will be posed by our colleagues…”
She went on to introduce her sidekick Maxine Waters, who called the Trump family a “criminal enterprise.”

The time is coming, probably within 100 years, when people with enough money need not die. They might not enjoy living, but death will be optional. Imagine Ted Kennedy living on like a zombie, still in office in 2047. Multiply that by every Democrat now in office.
I think the best thing most successful politicians ever do for their constituents, is die. I am not advocating killing anybody, but just imagine Senator McCain still in office fifty years from now. If he ever was a Republican, he stopped being one at least 20 years ago.
The Democrats know her ability to speak is irrelevant when nothing true comes out of her mouth or is expected to.
I detest Pelosi but she looks fabulous for her age....I think she’s 77....iirc.

Nancy has a problem that is common among Democrats. She is simply so full of crap that it is crowding out the few functional brain cells she has left that are not poisoned by botox.She is stuttering and missing words. Just don’t be around when she backfires..
I do have a gentle side to me regarding those who have overstayed their visit. However practically, even though it is way past time for her to step down, I want the Democrats to keep Nancy as their spokesdrek. And by all means, keep Maxine by her side in public. I had read that one of the things that helped defeat Ossoff was political ads with a picture of Pelosi.

We all know what she meant. What does it matter if she does not speak coherently? She should be good for another 20 years.
Pelosi is clearly mentally impaired and has been for quite some time. Hope the Dims keep her around forever. They deserve her.

I think as it stands now Maxine Waters is her nurse.
The answer to this mess is, of course, term limits. But few politicians will vote to put themselves out of a job.
Here’s my humble solution: Write a congressional term-limit amendment such that current members are somehow protected from its effects. Maybe have the amendment kick in 10 or 15 years from now.
That’s distasteful. But it’s better than nothing.
