Seriously, "fact checking" is not that big a deal, then again if you're lazy and need to be spoon fed, going to Snopes may be the easy out. And as it looks like it takes a lot to keep up with the Mikkelson's financial responsibilities, let your own eyes determine their level of genuine need....

When I’m not sure about what’s really true, I usually ask Snopes ... so ... yeah ... they apparently (chuckle) really need the money.
I’ve seen several other articles that say they have set up a go fund me account. That smacks of desperation.
Oh well. Too bad.
They set everyone straight about the “REBIRTH OF THE EAGLE.” I stopped counting the number of times it hit my email. LOL
