The college-educated, smug liberals are going to have to find a middle ground here. Either they are privileged for being smart, or they are not smart. Which is the lesser evil?
I work with grad students.. I am daily stunned at the lack of common sense and absence of basic educational pre requisites.
A great deal was leap-frogged in the primary education and in their HS education
Some though they have tried numerous times, STILL cannot properly fill out a FedEx form... can’t address a letter properly, can’t articulate simple ideas (or comprehend YOURS), etc.
They’re in for a real cold shower when they leave here.
