Imran Awan was born in Pakistan in 1980. He sought his education in Information Technology. He first came to Capitol Hill in 2004 working for Florida Democrat Robert Wexler. He has worked as a shared employee for Democrats as an information technologist for 13 years. He is a Pakistani immigrant, who made his home in the US in Lorton, Virginia. He has actually provided technical support for 25 other House Democrats working as a shared employee. He, also, managed to get his wife, HIna Alvi, on the House payroll. Then his brother, Abid Awan, then Abid’s wife, Natalia Sova became popular with those on Capitol Hill, so Awan brought in one more his youngest brother Jamal in 2014.
As we move on with the Awans, we find ourselves in November of 2009: The Awan family started simultaneously managing a full-time car dealership in Virginia, with Abid Awan running day-to-day operations after contributing $250,000 in startup cash. It was called Cars International A, LLC, referred to as “CIA” in court documents.
Late 2010?—?Nasir Khattak, one time business partner of Amir Awan, by this date Imran “was running the business in full control” and “instructed Abid not to even speak to anyone.”
