BREAKING: Here is video of Rudy Giuliani on with Judge Jeanine Pirro by phone to say they now believe “someone played around with” the Michael Cohen audio tape of his conversation with Donald Trump back in 2016.
Giuliani says experts have gone over the tape and they believe “somebody played around with the tape.”
Specifically they think the tape was cut at a crucial moment to prevent something from being heard. He said they are now trying to get the original recording so they can see what was “eliminated.” . . .

The recording Cohen made is what Giuliani means! I don’t know if Cohen used his phone to record or not.

Rudy is going on the Sunday Talk shows with this bombshell. It is alleged that that sorry weasel rat faced Cohen and Lanny Davis ALTERED THE TAPES!! But even is they didn’t it was a nothing burger but these slimy shysters ALTERED the damned tapes,according to forensic analyses according to Rudy. This POS Cohen is now RUINED for LIFE!!

Cohen’s freedom is on the line, his only out is to find dirt on Trump. He’s already a filthy lawyer so the bar was low to begin with.

Lawyer’s offices have Tape recording equipment. They use them for depositions, for instance.
It wouldn’t make sense to ‘record’ with a smartphone (for a lawyer). Don’t want to have to give a smartphone as ‘evidence’ or ‘testimony’ each time. That would be expensive and stupid. Much simpler to use a tape recorder and give a ‘tape’ to the court records.
There are other ways to record digitally other than a smart phone, such as a digital recorder. Though regular tapes would not be surprising.
Depends on the purpose of the tape.
Even if the allegations were true, there’s no criminal activity involved. This whole enterprise is about undermining the Trump administration. They’re looking to influence the court of public opinion, not the justice system.
But, like past attempts, it appears to be blowing up in their face.

When I heard the tape it obviously came to an abrupt stop as it sounded like Trump was getting ready to say something.
Also Lanny Davis was going on the talk shows saying did you hear the word “cash”. Yes we did you slime ball. It was Trump saying no cash and to pay with a check to memorialize things.
I thought the same. The term ‘tape’ now encompasses any type of recording, apparently.
